My Son was excited to get a haircut and as soon as the lady ask me what i want and told her to give my Son a trim on with number 2 all around so i can put a gel. I can see it in her eyes that she dont know what to do! To make story short she was nervous chop my Sons haircut and made a mark stating the rzor slipped and told its ok to leave it coz it will grow in 2 day. Made me so mad that I feel doing the same and tell her exactly that it will grow back in 2 days. I still leave tip for horrible haircut!

WORST! WORST! WORST! I have never seen such worst hair stylest anywhere. I have been going to great clips for years But recent new people in Manville Great clips horrible. ALL THEY DO IS MESSUP YOUR HAIR AND MAKE YOU UGLY. Thats all I can say. My question is IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO DO THIS JOB PROPERLY YOU SHOULD DO SOMETHING ELSE.... DONT PLAY ON SOMEONES HEAD. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR...

Was going to give this place one star based on the girl that checked me in. Very bland and borderline rude. No personality at all. Glad I didnt get her as a stylist. A guy behind me that had checked in online went before me. Which worked in my favor. Stylist I got was very nice. Quiet but listened to my requests. May use again if she is there.

EVERY THING IS OK I DONT ASK FOR MUCH .. AND I TIP .... BUT IMAGINE I BUY THERE SHAMPOO and ask IF I CAN USE IT WHEN I GET WASHED IN THE FUTURE AND THEY SAY NO .... What a JOKE !!!!!! I Know touching peoples hair can get annoying BuT IM BUYING YOUR PRODUCT . I hate to say it but somebody somewhere in the chain of command is a JERK .

New review for new management... Debbie is very friendly and helpful. Great haircuts for a reasonable price and fast. Checking in online is where its at ! They stopped the coupon on receipt though..boohoo.

Completely messed up my haircut over the ears. It was raised an inch on one side of the ear and on the other side didnt even make the line properly. Its completely messed up
