I have been to this salon 3 times. I do not like or need a lot of "fluff so this place was great until this day. I walked in, 3 people on duty, 1 person ahead of me. Young girl leaves her post, comes and greets me at the desk. She asks me if I have been here before, takes and finds my name in the computer (this will be relevant later). She asks me what I would like done. This is 2:45 PM. She tells me it will be about 15 minutes. OK, no problem. 40 minutes later, the same girl is finishing with her customer and I see even one other girl is also almost done as well. The young girl is ringing her customer out and I know I am next so all is good. I hear her say to that gentlemen as he pulls out his wallet, "they did tell you we are only taking cash, right cause our COMPUTER IS DOWN?". I am thinking, what, I dont have cash AND you were able to find me IN THE COMPUTER and everyone else that came in, but this young girl did not mention this to me when she greeted me, checked me in, asked me what I wanted done - WHAT??!!! So I let her complete the transaction and I approach asking "did I hear you just say you are only accepting CASH??!" Yes she says. So I proceed to say, Dont you think that would have been pertinent information to express to me and the 3 people that have come in behind me when you checked us in prior to us all sitting here for the past 30,40, 50 minutes? She said well we hung a sign on the door. Are you joking me??!! Did she really just say that -- some little 4X6 white paper sign written in black ball point pen ink, among all the other crap that one sees on windows and doors of stores that NO ONE STOPS AND READS BEFORE ENTERING A BUILDING. She spoke to me, greeted me, took my name, can lie to me and tell me it will be only 20 minutes when really its 40 but cant mention WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING CASH TODAY because the computer I am checking you in on is not working!!?? Whos pocket did that days charges go into - a 3 way split!! Guess what - WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Way too many businesses that want my money - Cash, Credit or Charge! Signed, GOT MY HAIR DID ELSEWHERE TODAY AND BEYOND!

This shop is in desperate need of at least one decent barber. They claim to be a full service shop but everytime I go I am disappointed. I have tried many different stylists there and everyone one of them either leave my hair cut sloppy or uneven which is super embarassing. I am not picky at all and my hairstyle is pretty basic but they clearly can not cut mens hair. Do not go there if you are looking for a men/boys haircut.

this shop horrible dont wanna give even 1 star lol wanna put on pic too . my husband cut hair here and come home i was shocked .hair line is messed up and idk who working there and if i was there i will say something and dont even pay jeez this is crazy i wanna tell who cut my husband hair. i hope u dont work there thats not yo job

I go here all the time now. They keep a record of how I like my hair done and are pretty consistent. Whats not to like? They seem to have a lot of turnover though. Maybe they should pay their people more in order to keep them.
