Would give Zero if I can. Worst customer service ever. And let me tell you this is not first time. Last time I refused to get my daughters haircut with that Desi lady as she was literally pulling my daughters hair while coming as she was mad on the other employee. This time we went again as this is closest to my place. Four of us were getting hair cut including my 2yrs twins. Other employee was helping me with one of the twin. The Desi lady who finished her customer dint took my son instead she started working on another customer. When asked said the other customer signed up online. So the employee who was helping me got pissed on this Desi employee and now she refused to take my other son her next customer and take another customer who just walked in. we got pissed off. It was cold and I had to take my kids to other salon to finish their hair cut as I was planning to take them for a Christmas picture. That Desi employee is B** . But the owner should do something about it. We are customer and we don’t give dam about their employee politics. Their bottom line is to serve the customer. There employee argue with each other in front of customer. And Desi lady didn’t even care that we were leaving. If you have any self- respect than don’t go. Even if it is closer to my house I will never ever go again. and I would ask all other people to put your review if you also were mistreated.

If any place deserves less than a one, this is the place. From the second you walk in the door, its not about the customer, but about the employee. My first experience with great clips at this location was mediocre at best, but due to the variety of hair dressers, I gave it another shot and was sadly, unsurprised. The hair dresser not only gave me one of the worst hair cuts I have ever had or seen, but took her time, talking with the other employees about previous clients, about vacation, and just about any other irrelevant topic you can think of. When asked to take a little more off, she acted exasperated and gave me a hard time. When she was dissatisfied with a 25% tip, on a hair cut my cat could have given me with less attitude, she made sure I knew it. Over all, one of the worst, if not the worst hair cutting experience Ive ever had, and first thing tomorrow Im going to the Princeton Barber shop to get this mess( my hair) cleaned up. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I never write reviews and I had write this one. This is the worst hair cut place ever. I asked for layer cut and there were no layers at the end of cut. Just straight cut. Miriam was pulling my hair so bad when blow drying it started hurting my neck and heat so high on dryer it burned my scalp. She just kept saying hair is frizzy but you dont burn the skin. She knew I was upset and didnt even apologize. I know how layer cut is done she finished whole cut blow dry in 30min and I have lots hair. The other 2 ladies didnt look like they knew anything about hair cutting. They are bunch of people who dont know anything about hair cut nor did safe one. I have gone to these kind but this is bad. Should have read reviews before going. Will never take my kids here, dont know what they would do!

Im a Great Clips hair stylist for over 2 years with experience. I used to work here for 3 months. The worse place to work at. Honestly, Ive never seen so many rude co workers all at once. ( 2013. ) I will never get my hair cut there and or even go back to working in that salon! Im a very successful college student now whos studying engineering, political science and journalism. Have received two awards from President Barack Obama and living on my own still. The worse owner as well. Sorry, but true. On top of that, there is current law suit going on where the owner is claiming that 4 to 5 of her employees stole $8,000 dollars from her. Im glad Im out of that hair salon. Horrible, horrible, horrible! Dont work there !

August 2015 - This is my second haircut and it is exactly what I wanted. My Hair Stylist was Morgan! I checked-in online and my appointment was on-time without any delay. My Hairstylist was well informed about my last hair cut and asked if I wanted it cut the same way. She did not rush my haircut. You can tell them if you want a mix of scissor and machine cut or either. Hairstylists communicate really well with regards what you want. SO be specific about length, describe what you want and if you have a photo of the haircut then bring it along as well. a very lighthearted environment, EVERY time!

Would give ZERO stars if that was a choice. NO ONE is trained at this "salon". Look...I do not ask for much. Im a guy with the easiest hair cut possible. So, when I have to go to a SECOND stylist to attempt to fix your cut...it shows that your stylists arent properly trained. My hair was cut unevenly, and she shaved off one sideburn and left the other. The entire time I was there, I was asking what she was doing because that was NOT what I asked for. She barely spoke English. And I can promise that I will never be back. NV Salon in Franklin Park of 27 has my business for life. #closethisbranchgreatclips

I have not had a problem here. The review below may be true, there used to be a lady there who sat in her car and texted all day, but I have not seen here lately. Also, claiming that they "took all her money" is not fair because the prices at this place are some of the cheapest around. Excellent value for the quality of cut delivered. Fast, efficient, and friendly. I am a regular now after literally years of searching for a place that could deliver consistency in quality and do the cut I wanted. They tailored it to me, rather than the "cookie cutter" cuts at most other chains.

Horrible place. Do NOT get your hair cut here. I told the hair cutter to trim my hair only 2 inches. I repeated the instructions two times. I also told her I wanted to keep it long. The lady, distracted the entire time, cut 8 inches off of my hair. I am extremely unsatisfied. In addition, the owner, who knew I was upset, still took all the money and did not apologize. I have never had such a horrible experience. The people are rude and not trustworthy. In addition, they do not sterilize the combs and scissors.

Terrible service! My mom went in just to ask some questions to see if she would trust them to cut her hair. We walked in and all the stylists stared at us and said nothing. We sat down and just looked through catalogs. When my mom found something she liked, she asked the stylist thats usually in the first chair some questions and she had no idea how to speak to customers. They were so rude and unhelpful.

Recently moved to New Jersey and trying to find a hair saloon that actually knows what they are doing. My wife just received a hair cut...showing the stylist a photo of hair down to her shoulders....my wifes hair is now at her ears....I will never go back to this saloon. Thats the 3rd saloon in this area that has messed up one of our family members hair....
