Terrible place. Spent 45 minutes giving a haircut. Most impersonal experiance of my life. To start off, you dont tell the "hairdresser" how you want your hair cut, you give her a number, which corresponds to a set length. The skill level overall of the hairdressers is low, leading to bad haircuts. There are only a couple booths, making you wait a long time for a terrible haircut. My guess is that college students go there there to practice their hairstyling on people and not dummies. Overall, I believe that this place should pay you to cut your hair, not the other way around.

I have been a loyal customer of Great Clips for several years and I am very satisfied with the staff, the prices, wait time and my haircuts. Bridget cut my hair on Sunday, and I honestly feel it is the best cut I have ever gotten. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted, very short and very chic. Every single coworker today raved about my cut. I couldnt be happier with Great Clips.

They dont know much about haircut. Took my son for a quick haircut (I typically go to kids cut at freehold mall), thought it will just be fine. He had spiky hair left on the top back and I asked the hairdresser, she said it will settle after a shower. Two weeks later, I had to go to freehold mall to get another haircut and get this fixed.

I went to this location after receiving a REALLY bad haircut at another shop. They had Dani fix the mess, and man did she fix it! Incredible skin fades, very personable but not overbearing. Shes amazing! That was about a year ago, as of today I go religiously and only have Dani cut my hair. Always comes out amazing. Highly recommended!!

I was very dissapointed. We wanted to get a haircut for a party of 2 (both kids) and reserved the spot online but once we went there they said there is only a party of1.so one of the kids did not get it done. No personal touch to the place.

Very disappointed .... Very unfriendly staff.... Inappropriate television channel in the waiting area... When asked to change as I had young kids with me ... The staff flatly refused to do so...

No wait to get seated but sometimes theres a reason for that. Got a 5 miniute haircut and it looked like it.
