I went in for a partial highlight with Shannon on Tuesday, May 2nd 2017- it was my first time coming to Hair Cuttery for services, was referred to Shannon by my mom & other other family members. She is wonderful! She understood exactly what I needed done, and my hair came out looking beautiful. Not to mention, the pricing was reasonable and within my budget. Shannon is super easy to talk to, as well as being completely professional. Ill definitely be returning..

Kim chopped up my hair. I asked kim to cut to my shoulders and layer the bottom a bit so its not a blunt straight cut. She cut it up to the back of my neck and angled the front way too long! The back had chunks of hair sticking out unevenly which I needed to cut and I also needed to trim the fronts extreme angles. WORST haircut I ever had!! Its still too short and this was almost 2 months ago!!

There is an indian lady who refuses to give a haircut unless you provide them your name, phone number and address. You shouldnt need all this information to get a haircut. Who needs extra junk in their email? She needs to go work at a DMV or something.

They cut my hair way too short even though I said not to...the lady just walked away afterwards. Poor service overall. I do not recommend.
