I got my hair cut at this location yesterday (2/15/12) but the experience was terrible... Frist, the rep tries to accumulate your personal information into their computer system. If you let them, theyll take your name, address, phone, and email. Second, my "sylist" (a middle-aged Indian woman) pushed my head around more than any barber Ive ever been to, trying to get it oriented to suit her, but without being clear on what she really wanted. Next, when she washed my hair, she soaked by shirt down the back. Even when asked, she didnt really want to spend the time to blow dry it; just waved it around for a bit. Finally, the stylist next to me didnt have a customer, so she was chatting with a friend about personal business that Id rather not have listened to. Stay away!

This place is not clean. Hairstylist should clean up before taking next customer for haircut. Most of the hairstylists are rude. I have seen and heard them talking bad about customer once customer leaves - "what a pain in a butt customer...Im not taking him next time...". Really? I did online check-in. I went there and only one hairstylist was there. I waited 5 mins before that hairstylist went back and called other hairstylists. What they were all doing in back? Talking? Few mins later, 4 hairstylists came to front and I noticed only one customer was there in back side so 3 were there doing nothing? Owner of this location, read all the reviews in Google and take action to correct mistakes. Thanks,

We came to this Great Clips location expecting the great service we got at our old salon in PA. Instead no one greeted us or completed our online checkin; we also overheard a hairdresser complaining about a lack of small bills in the register. **Even worse**: we witnessed a hairdresser harassing a mother and her young son whod returned to the salon for a correction on a recent haircut. We believe this behavior was discriminatory and wrong. We left without haircuts and will never return. We also contacted HQ to let them know how a franchise treats its customers.

Ive been taking my now 8 year old son here for about 3 years now. Have had about 5 different people cut his hair. My son has special needs and all but one have been awesome! For the rude people complaining. 1. This is a cheap place to get your hair cut! Not a fancy salon. 2. If your expecting an hour hair cut and special treatment go to a full price salon and pay upwards of 50-60 dollars before tip! My guess is your cheap and rude and just want to complain! **Thank you to the staff at plainsboro for always doing a great job on my sons hair!

Crystal is a very gifted, well informed hair stylist. In fact, I would say she is one of the few stylists I would call an artist. She can either create incredible fullness with less hair or she can bring a full head of hair under control. Thanks to Crystal. I walked out the door with one of the best cuts Ive ever had. This is my first time here, but I am glad I stopped in. She is very talented.

Due to this ugly hair style, I cant go to an important party and my meeting today. I have contacted the customer services of Great Clips, but they offered no solutions yet. Dont go to this Great Clips Plainsboro Village Center, 9 Schalks Crossing Road, 709, Plainsboro, NJ 08536! Don’t waste your money and your time! Don’t let your hair cut by the "Stylist", then you have to wear a hat!!!

You get what you pay for. Id wait for the $0.99 coupons, cause thats how much these "cuts" are worth. Hairstylists, who got their licenses from a cereal box, will shear off your scalp in constant misery-- wishing they werent where they were. Be weary of stylists whos own hair looks like a used, greasy mop. If you do choose to go here, be prepared for many bad hair days.

Very bad experience.....I was there at 8 PM there close by 9pm weekdays. She was in a hurry. Handled very rude. Had a 5$ off coupon. She didnt even give a chance to redeem it. She simply said they dont accept coupons. They why the hell great clips send coupons? Should have seen the reviews. Please dont go to this place.

Not recommended at all. Most of the hair dressers are rude, constantly talking amongst themselves rather than paying attention to the customers. Ive gone with my 9 year old son a couple of times - except some most are not trained to be gentle and patient with kids. Quality of hair cut has always been below average.

PLEASE DO NOT go to this saloon. I had a very bad experience from this person who is tall with blonde hair. She just pushed me back to the seat because I asked to stop when she was not doing the way I asked. I am looking so horrible with this hair cut. I wish there was an option to provide Zero star.

I had my hair cut 2x and have had no issues. No it wasnt the best cut, but it was well worth the cost. Ill keep going back as they are very convenient. My only complaint is the online checking wait time isnt accurate. Online said 3 minutes, got there in 2 and waited 20.

I should have read the reviews. theyll treat you like a lamb. No respect. No patience. Just rude. This blonde woman, she doesnt listen to you, just grabs your hair and handles very rude. Well I see Im not the first person here having this experience with the lady.

Very bad experience compared with other clips. The specialist was in too hurry to get off. I asked her to clean up on bad cuts couple of times and the attitude shown was frowning. And yes - they dont clean up the neck and side buns! Do that yourself

I just received the best haircut of my life from Jessica! She made my fine hair look thick and glossy. I love it! Jessica is a true artist. Chrissy gave me a great cut the last time I came in. Beautiful salon, great people! I will always come here.
