Staff is sort of friendly. ... I went in for a shampoo and blowdry. She suggested a trim, I said just very little off the ends and shorter on top. Well she took out razor comb and chopped away. I looked horrible and hairless. It grew back but thats not the point, it was months of waiting and feeling horrible about myself. And she was the " master" cutter...!!!!! The rest of the staff changes frequently ,just stares at you or clearly didnt graduate with "honors". Avoid unless looking like a hairless chihuahua is your thing

I got a haircut from Angel. It was fantastic!! She listened how I wanted my long hair cut in long layers, she cut it evenly and even gave me the perfect long bangs to go with it. She gave me tips on how to cut my own bangs if I dont get a haircut often. I have tried multiple places in NYC in despair or so expensive. Lucky to have found a great hair stylist right in my backyard!! Will be going back to Angel for sure. Thank you Angel!

Very expensive compared to other chain barbers, but the hairdresser I had was nice and patient with me, when I wasnt sure exactly what kind of cut I wanted.

You are better off with a flowbie. I got a fade that absolutely did not fade. If you want a real haircut go to a barber.....

Waited 50 minutes for a bad haircut. Would have ended up with a better haircut if I cut my own hair blindfolded
