Terrible! You all have the laziest carriers EVER! Stop delaying my packages and put your stupid lazy fingers on the door buzzer and RING it and give me my stuff! You have one job to do, and that is to delivery the mail. Too hard for you? Then DO NOT go into that line of work! I also would like to add that this comment is exactly what they do! "They falsify delivering packages to your address and put in their system "attempt made no secure location available" They make zero effort to actually bring your packages ever! I was home all day for both the initial delivery and redelivery. Second, when you call the carrier supervisor, they never pick up! Everyone associated with this office NEEDS to be fired! All of these reviews speak for themselves. Why isnt someone doing something about this issue?

So the tracking number states on the 20th the package was delivered at 12pm my security camera shows a usps truck passing at 4pm. The package was no where to be found. I contacted the shipper. I also contacted usps and they said since the package was deliverd the tracking cold is no longer valid, however on the 21st at 4:32pm it states an attempt to deliver was made and a note was left. The security camera shows usps make a delivery with 3 boxes in hand. None of wich are my package. This right here is called mail fraud it is a 3rd degree crime. Its the same charge as stealing someones car. So basically the Belleville usps is a bunch of lazy theifs who cant do their job meanwhile most of them make more than me and have better benefits and i am a cops. Funny how things work in life.

if 0 stars were an option I would choose that. First, they falsify delivering packages to your address and put in their system "attempt made no secure location available" if an attempt was mad proof is the slip which I never received, and I was home all day for both the initial delivery and redelivery. Second, when you call the carrier supervisor if you even get ahold of him/her because they never pick up, theyre attitudes are so arrogant and nonchalant and they lie for their employees I asked where the carrier was since they have access to this option and they told me hours ago on a street that was nearby, they were no where nearby. This location needs a whole new team, including the supervisors. Worst experience ever.

I want one of the supervisors to call me. Online it specifies you open at 8:30am. I got there at 8:20 am calmly waiting. The young lady sees me there makes me wait 5 mins the finally says, while walking away from me come back at 10 am thats what the sign says. Well I nicely stated your website states otherwise. Im just trying get my package before it get delivered to the wrong address once again... So I calmly left. But its very aggravating. I have cameras but they havent brought mail in 2 days because whoever has my route is not doing their job very well.

What a group of liars. Have had multiple packages not delivered and the status of "no one home delivery notice left" but yet my security cameras know that no one ever came. I have filed a complaint with the Postal Inspectors office, although I doubt that will change any of this. On the bright side every time they fail to delivery my Amazon package when they are supposed to I get 1 more month of Prime service for free. Up to 5 months of free service because of the USPS being inept.

WHATS GOING ON WITH THE POST OFFICE IN BELLEVILLE,!!! US MAIL SHOULD NOT GET LOST!!! PACKAGE ARRIVED AT THE POST OFFICE IN BELLEVILLE ON MAY 30TH...TODAY IS JUNE 7TH AND WE ARE STILL LOOKING FOR THIS PACKAGE!!!! SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE...AN INVESTIGATION SHOULD BE DONE O THIS POST OFFICE....NO NOTICE WAS LEFT IN MY HOUSE...AND IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY OUT FOR DELIVERY MAY 30, 2017 AT 9:56 AM. NO STARS SHOULD BE AWARDED.....I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR 30 MINUTES...NO ANSWER

tho it says my package was delivered, according to the tracker, they never delivered my package, or left me a note saying that there was an attempt. When I call their office, no answer, not even a answering machine. I still dont have my package or know where it is in transit. Im sooo angry! They are the worst!!

Never got out of truck and receive email saying no one home while I was staring at the truck no one got out and email states follow note left which is not true. Go to main st post office worker walk away from a previous customer and I been waiting 30 minutes and no one have come back to service window.

call and call and call and no one ever picks up i called once and they picked up and told me the driver hasnt delivered the package even tho they scanned it as delivered.... which is misleading very disappointing that our tax payer $$$$$ go into a business like this
