I grew up in Waldwick and moved out when I got married. I never had a problem with the Post Office until we moved to West Orange which is serviced by the Orange Post Office. Trust me, you have no idea what poor service is until you move into a neighborhood that is only serviced by new and temporary carriers because the route youre on is one that the experienced carriers will not bid on as a work assignment because of hilly terrain. We had lost packages, missorted mail, missed deliveries, wet mail, you name it. The only good that became of their incompetence was that we became familiar with our neighbors by delivering the missorted mail to the correct people. We moved back to Waldwick in October 2016. One of the things I was looking forward to upon our return was a mail carrier that knows my name and gives me my mail and not all my neighbors mail. Also, Waldwick Post Office doesnt have condescending, put-upon employees behind bullet-proof glass. Reinholds Bakery was next on the list of reasons to return to Waldwick. Next was Nellies.

WOW...NOW I know why the USPS is in trouble. With "lack of service" like THE Waldwick posit office has, I wouldnt be surprised if the entire system SHUT DOWN. From unprofessionalism, to LACK of mail delivery, this post office is a disgrace to the United States of America.
