Worst experience EVER! Driver was supposed to deliver my amazon package (I Pay for Prime) on Sunday 01/08/17. Typically mail does not run on Sundays However amazon prime includes it. Long story short the driver NEVER attempted to deliver my package! He simply marked that he was unable to gain access however I have been home ALL DAY awaiting my package! I am set to take family pictures tomorrow and because of this drivers careless act I am unable to do so! I HATE this facility and they need PROPER coaching on how to handle guests packages! Do not set expectation for item to arrive on a certain day and then NEVER make the attempt. I am beyond upset and will forever PROMOTE my strong dislike for this location! I will be submitting this comment on to the USPS page as well as yelp and all other social post directed towards this location.

My general impression of the staff over numerous visits is - completely apathetic. Most are either brusque or downright rude. Even the one or two who are nice and polite are SLOW. No one seems to care how long the line is or how long people have been waiting. Even on busy days when there is a long line and people are waiting for a very long time, perhaps because the staff are handling complex transactions, they show no evidence of trying to hurry or do their jobs more efficiently while everyone waits. They chat back and forth with each other and work at a very relaxed speed. Once I had waited, starting as second or third person in line, for about 15 minutes. When the last person finally left the desk I went up to the staff member who had just been serving him and he started shuffling papers randomly and said he is closed now.

I sent out a card with $ in it to a friend and she never received it. Another time my sister set a bracelet to a friend, she received the envelope, torn at the bottom and re taped with the bracelet missing.
The staff is also kindda rude there. I bought a money order, then decided to return it and it took almost 2 weeks to finally get my money back. They kept stringing me along until I complained to the general manager.

Answer your phone!!!! I have had the bad luck of having a few packages go through this facility over the last year. As an online seller i dread when it goes through this post office. 1. they never answer their phone 2. they frequently dont deliver my products properly 3. they are rude when you are able to get ahold of anyone if your lucky enough.

I bought by the machine airmail stamps- - machine did not printout all of them -(because it got jammed/stuck inside the machine I lost my money- No one here to talk to now after hours/ it should be at least a phone number to call -to inform that machine is broken.. customers should not buy and lose money.

They have to hire mail men who actually deliver mail not just make up stories about weather..Nobody home(when I see the mail truck and he never comes to the door) etc. Mailman-a person who delivers mail not a person who is to lazy to get there ass outta the truck and go to the door when necessary

Lost our package and wont even discuss it with us. We had our paid receipt and tried calling as instructed to due by the operator at the 800 number called multiple times to no avail. Back to U.P.S. were the customer matters

Horrible "service" and packages frequently go missing. if you are lucky enough to get your package, they keep you waiting by insisting that they couldnt deliver because they didnt have access.
