I wish I could give this post office less than one star. This is the slowest post office ever if you were going to wait in line expect to be online for over 30 minutes and thats only if theres two people ahead of you. The workers are very very very slow. If you are on lunch break and are doing something for the office I do not recommend going because you will waste your whole lunch break waiting in line. Ive never went any fleas ever and seems slower workers than the one at this post office. Dont let the short line for you you will wait for over 30 minutes. I really do not know how the people who work there can keep their jobs after such a poor performance because if I was running that post office I would put fast-paced people in that kind of environment not someone who moves less than 1 mph.. I leave angry every single time. I am there every single day for work so anyone who is giving this post office more than one star has probably only been there once or is friends with someone who works there and was told to give a good review because I can guarantee that the staff is the slowest than any post office Ive ever seen. Except for John. John is nice helpful and quick, but he is never there!!

A few weeks ago they returned a package, which I sent to New York, without reason. They said the address was wrong and it was not! Then I went to this post office to help me solve the problem, since the error was obviously the company and the person to whom I had sent the package had already filed a complaint in New York. At this post office they said that they could not help me that I had to go and file the complaint with the supervisor from which to send the package in the first place, since they were different districts. I do not need to say, that in fact at the other post office I was given a different excuse and they did not solve the problem ... I had to pay for a mistake from them. I will never use this company again.

If I could it would give no stars . I sent a pakage for priority mail to be delivered and they delayed it more than one day. Very important pakage for it not to arrive on time is really irritating and irisponsible. I asked the next day since online tracking says still waiting for pakage they had no answer for me but to wait a couple days. Its priority mail . I pay a lot extra for it arrive by a certain date. I wish they would update this rate. I would had gave them no stars. 1) why do i have to call to find out store hrs. 2) no one ever answered the phone. 3) the stupid automated machine donr even give tou store hrs. 4) do they even have someone answering phones? I give them 0 stars. If they dont even answer phone, i can imagine the customer service they actually have when walking in.

I would rate 0 stars if possible. I called and waited for someone to answer for 30 min when they finally answered the employee was rude. All I wanted to know was if my package was returned or not. She didnt look anything up she didnt ask for any information she just said if it was not delivered it was return. Worst post office in nj and worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

The only reason they are getting a five star is because they have parking. The location usually has a huge wait, and staff wont do anything more than the bare minimum... not really a five star location

We usually go here when sending large packages. The staff is helpful. There is often a wait here. One or two extra employees would be helpful to address this issue.
