The post office in Ramsey is one of the worse I ever experiense.So lazy and slow terrible.They have to do something with the two Indian ladies they r so rude never smile always ready to fight with customers.It s sad because the manager and the Italian lady they r very nice people but they can t be always there.Somebody has to give this positions to people that they need a job and know about customer service.Thsnk you.

Terrible. Not friendly at all. Every time I have ever gone in there I get an attitude like they are doing ME a favor. Let alone the packages they deliver are never on time. It is marked as delivered though I receive it the following day or not at all. Unless you ACTUALLY deliver it, do NOT marked it as delivered!!!

Aside from one woman there, everyone else are extremely unfriendly and almost robotic in tone and attitude. Almost like theyd rather stay home and twiddle their thumbs. I still go there just to do odds and ends but I run out of there as fast as they want their customers gone too.

My package had the wrong zip -- 07446 -- which sent it to Ramsey NJ instead of Marlboro NJ (07746). A USPS employee caught the package and rerouted to its proper zip code. Service above/beyond has convinced this person that angels wear postal uniforms. GREAT JOB Ramsey!
