Pathetic 90% of the time / brilliant the rest. This place must be built over some sort astrological 5th dimensional plain, as 1 day everyone is fast and helpful & the next they are all angry, lethargic, wastes of flesh with attitudes. Beyond the toads who work there, 1. No stamp machine. 2. No posted instructions for which forms to use ( and major attitudes if you dare use the wrong form) 3. Limited uspo supplies. 4. Interior is from another time - a time that should be long forgotten. If you ever are having a really great day and want a demoralizing experience to bring you back to reality, pay the nuspo a visit - you wont be disappointed.

The manager messed up several mails and packaging to be delivered super late. If a "Manager cant handle their first base duty then she or he shouldnt be manager in the first place. This happen on Thursday the 15th, 2017. Tracking number says it was delivered for several packaging for our complex area, but never came in the first place. The next day the poor postman had to delivered all the packagings that were do the day before. The top people should know who they hire. This is not the first time this has happen, but nothing changes. Fire the Manager of please.

I would put a half star if I could. I walked in at 5:01 to pickup a package that I needed that night. After walking in and getting to the open window and was told by a very rude woman that they were closed and they would not help me to come back tomorrow. Mind you she is currently with a someone weighting a package for him and using their "closed down computers" to ship something out.

People complain of the long lines and "slow" service, but I have had only good experiences. The line may be long and move slowly, but I know that the employee spending time on someone ahead of me, will give me the same care and consideration that the person at the window is receiving.

The postal employees are nice at this location. The lines dont move lightning fast but going to the post office and expecting the lines to move fast is unrealistic. Thank you to everyone who works here who has helped me over the years!

Absolutely the WORST post office on the planet. Broken. Can never be reached by phone. Never pick up packages at door as requested. Distribution center never responds unless a customer service inquiry is made. Awful.

Kind, helpful woman patiently and accurately took care of everything I needed and then some! Clean place with multiple employees behind the counter unlike the place on Broadway in Newark.
