On 9-25-16, I was stranded with a dead suv in Brick, NJ. My father in a wheelchair beside me and a wait of 50 minutes ahead of us for Legacy to show up. When Gerry arrived he started right away hooking up the battery cables. My car was completely dead. He said I had a bad cell in the battery and asked if I wanted to replace it. Of course I said yes. Well, this young man tried so hard to get this battery out, there was things in the way and crud all over the nuts. But he was so personable and didnt get annoyed with me being right there trying to help him. He even sliced his finger open and when I asked if he had a first aid kit, he said no. Im a mom, I carry bandaids. It took this poor kid an hour and a half to replace the battery, Through no fault of his. My terminals were shot and the corrosion was all over the place. Gerry, cleaned everything as best he could. I want to thank Gerry and Legacy towing for hiring him. He is definitely one of the good guys!

I hardly ever write reviews, but I had to do it today. My car broke down on my way to work. Called AAA for a tow. What started out as a horrible day turned out not to be so bad after all thanks to Epifanio!! He was professional, but more importantly, friendly and kind. I felt at ease the whole ride. Give that man a raise!!

Awful. Drivers paid by the hour and just idle needlessly while you need help while they are talking on the phone with their personal calls. Witnessed this myself and directed driver to address and did not move for half an hour. Rated one star but would rate less if I could. Obviously drivers taking company for a ride.

Man on the phone wanted 75$ to tow it less than a mile and a 45 minute wait. Immediately because nasty and rude when I asked why it costs so much . Started yelling . Very rude very overpriced . Didnt even purchase the service because he was immediately so rude.

Great place broke down on highway tow truck driver was very friendly picked me up and brought me to their repair facilty at legacy auto great treatment reasonable repair cost....

They came and picked up my truck and took it to my mechanic. 4.5 hours later the driver called me telling me I owe him extra money for the tolls! BEWARE!!!!
