The door at my business has been shot for over a year, it finally gave out and wouldnt shut properly. I was able to send these guys pictures for a free estimate and have them come out to fix our door same day. Genti was our tech and he was great. He was professional, honest, extremely nice and polite but more importantly he did the job well. He went above and beyond to make sure our door would close securely and not slam like it normally does. He took care of all our concerns we had. This place was great from the first phone call to having the tech come, but Genti is what really impressed me. I would definitely recommend Elite Lock Service

Had Elite re-key my condo with a high-end security lockset. I find them to be no nonsense and very professional. No up sell or gimmicks, so I was very comfortable in what Im hearing and getting. They initially told me I can bring my lockset in to save on the Service Call fee. Id opted for them to come to my home; The associate named Junior rekey my front door, key to the back door. Though there was a tool missing in his truck, hed quickly went back to the store, and return to finish the job. All-in-all, very outstanding and courteous. I would highly recommend Elite.

Recently got video intercom installed, among other things. They were so great and helpful and the end product works great , is of high quality and looks great. Damien took the time to explain everything to me and the team worked well in spackling and working with the current house. They were super professional and I cant say anything negative. Awesome job!
