Joey was friendly and communicated everything to me very well. He explained what the problem was and gave me my options (high and low). He was quick, knowledgeable and we have a new lock/mechanism plus he installed a high quality deadbolt and did all the drilling. He uses only high quality parts and we had a great experience. These guys are amazing. Very professional and helpful. I was really in a big mess when my key broke in half in my car door and I didnt have a spare key. These people were able to make a key from the broken pieces!! The same day!! Took them maybe 3 hours to complete. Cant say enough good about them!
