Weve had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage! I needed a unit on short notice and when I called the manager answered the phone. She was very nice and extremely helpful. I told her our situation and she assured me that they had a unit available. The topping on the cake? They also had a moving truck that we could use to move in.....FOR FREE! I had been looking all afternoon at the ridiculous rental rates for local moves and was so relieved that I hadnt booked a truck before calling Extra Space. Everyone has been extremely nice, but I have to say that Frank has gone out of his way to make sure that everything went smoothly for us. He called when our initial reservation was getting ready to expire to make sure that we still needed our unit and then made sure that everything was up to date and ready for us. Our stuff has stayed clean and dry through a very humid and stormy first month of Summer. The grounds are always clean and there is always a cart at the doorway when we go to drop additional boxes off, which makes things so much easier! Id definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

Lanette and John are awesome and renting at Extra Space Storage of Bridgewater was a great experience! The units are clean, dry, odor- and pest-free. The units are well-maintained and the bathrooms are spotless. There is a box truck you can borrow at the time of move-in to save on truck rental fees and there are even flatbed hand trucks in the hallways to make loading and unloading easier. I rented at Extra Space of Bridgewater in order to stage my home for sale and the process was quick and easy. Lanette was very friendly, over the phone and in person. She answered all of my questions about choosing the right unit and insurance and setting up payments. When I was ready to move out everything was also hassle-free. John walked to my unit, verified that it was empty and clean and gave me a receipt all within a few minutes. John and Lanette clearly take pride in what they do and providing a great service to their customers. I completely recommend Extra Space Storage of Bridgewater, NJ to anyone looking for a storage unit.

I could not be more satisfied with my decision to rent an unit with this location. From the time we approached for inquiry until we signed and moved our stuff in, everything was smooth and very quick. John is great and make the experience very pleasant. He is extremely friendly and eager to walk you thru all the details and conditions. He was also very flexible to accommodate our needs. The free truck perk is definitely a great plus and their flexibility with the truck hours/distance made it perfect for us. Location wise it is very good, very close to I-287. It is clean and well maintained. All the staff personnel we came across until today were extremely friendly and always with a smile on their face, which makes this a great place if you are considering renting a storage unit! Ah, I was almost missing, at the time we rented, they had the one month free for the unit we were looking for, which made the deal even sweeter!

This is my first time renting a storage space and I couldnt be happier. The store manager Lanette Riggins is amazing. She is friendly and very upfront about how the business is run. She took over half an hour walking us through the different options offered and made sure we felt welcome as we did the rental paperwork. I have been into the office a few times to get supplies and she is always there with a smile and even helped me find the perfect boxes/plate divider so my move would be easier. I also met her other employee, a tall African American man whos name I didnt catch. He was equally helpful and friendly. It is obvious she is doing her job very well and making sure he staff stay up to standard. Weve only been renting for a month but its been an amazing experience. Also, I love the amount of security and cameras around the property. Its very reassuring.

I can certainly recommend the services at the Bridgewater, NJ Extra Space Storage location. The facilities are conveniently located and well maintained. The personnel who manage the location are professional and helpful. The one item I would disagree with other posters concerning is the pricing. While initial pricing is competitive, rates are constantly being raised (controlled at a corporate level, not locally). During the first 9 months I rented a unit, I was hit with 3 different rate increases. When the 3rd one hit, I went to the store to express my dissatisfaction and they provided a local credit, which was much appreciated. Again, locally they are great, but unless you are willing to pay for multiple months up front to lock in your monthly rate, be prepared for your rates to increase once a quarter.

Ive been nothing but very happy and satisfied with Extra Space and the staff John & Lanette. I came to Extra Space Storage after moving out of my condo and the storage place I was currently using didnt have a truck I could use to move the rest of my large items. They have a truck which was a life safe savor, time savor and money savor. When I needed to upgrade to a larger unit, they made the transition seamless. Their customer service is unlike any other I have experienced. Extremely professional and helpful any time I called. Notified me of any updates and so on. I have recommended them to everyone I talk to who says they are moving and need a local storage place and will continue to do so confidently! Thank you again for everything!!

I Love Extra Space Storage because up the cleanliness of the property for one. For two the service is superb. Last but not least I must say Rick Scott made a stressful situation easy breezy. Rick gave me several different options to accommodate the storage needs of me and my family. He also assured us that our belongings would be safe on the property and we could certainly stop in to check on them or bring more things if needed. I am confident that I am receiving excellent customer service that goes beyond his job description. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Bridgewater, NJ. I had a very sad experience with my car at this place. It broke down as soon as I parked. I got very lucky to break down exactly where I was (sounds funny, huh), because Lanette was not only incredibly kind to jump start my car, but she also drove me home as my car broke down completely. I was able to leave the car there overnight without worrying that something might happen to it and they also gave me a number to call in case if there is something wrong or if I need help when Im there to pick it up. If that doesnt deserve five star review here I dont know what does. Thank you one more time, Lanette and Self Storage in general!

As soon as I went in, John and Lanette brought their Customer service A game. It seems clear this is the unwavering philosphy there, treat all customers like you are happy to serve them a wonderful product. The sign up process was easy, no stress, the unit as well as the entire facility reflected their pride in their workplace, when i moved in they came by to check on me to make sure all was going well , and when i moved out it was again easy and stress free. Overall, my experience there was perfect, I can think of no criticism, and I would recommend them 100%.
