Looking at the reviews you would assume its safe to say they value thier customers. From personal experience I have bin Left with a bitter and sour experience. after multiple phone calls and unanswered questions from September27th 2016 till this current date. All the staff has done is put the blame on others weather it be thier system, personal vacations, and lack communication on thier higher ups. this has bin the most horrific Experience to deal with when you do everything on thier terms witch includes propper notification and procedures and yet the ball is dropped and over looked for so long over a simple approved reimbursement. I urge you to consider looking else were.(updated ) its jan20th 2017 finally received my reimbursement. still standing by my statement go elsewhere.

Facility was dirty looking. Facility was muggy feeing. The prices verses the width is to exspensive. Please check around. There are only two storage facilities in Port Jervis, but this one to me falls short for an indoor, climate controlled storage facility. Do yourselves a favor and check around, cause they are over priced.

Ive been storing with them for about a year and have had no problems. The came in on their day off just to help me with my move. The Uhauls on site made it nice and easy too. I was able to leave it there instead of bringing it all the way back to Middletown. Nice, clean facility with climate control.

waiting since october 2016 to get my security deposit back. 5 months so far. next week, i file for small claims court
