I just wanted to add my 2 cents about my experience with Dave & Tami at the Extra Space Storage in Trenton, NJ 08638. I have always rented storage space with the Public Storage facility that is located on Parkside Avenue, near N. Olden Avenue in Trenton, NJ but the last time i did business with them, i felt uneasy with leaving my stuff there overnight. I looked online and found this place and i read the reviews and just went from there! Dave and Tami walked me through everything that i needed to know and Dave was kind enough to understand my issues that i had with my back as he drove me around in the cart. He took his time walking with me up to my future storage rental without complaining and that meant a lot to me. Overall, i am glad that i found a place with good employees who represent Extra Space Storage with great customer service! I will definitely help spread the word about this particular location! See you all soon!

I chose to rent from Extra Space because of its convenient location. The rent was fair and the facilities were impeccable. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did not hesitate to help with all of my concerns. I was notified right away when they had a problem receiving a payment so that I did not incur any late fees. The facilities were easy to get in and get out of. It was helpful that the gate was open until 9 pm. I also had an excellent experience when leaving the facility. Notice was not necessary and the whole process was very quick, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Thanks Extra Space for a great experience.

I used this facility for two years. My rent was also raised unexpectedly. Often times the doors to enter the building were broken, stuck open. There were times when I felt unsafe & I just left without getting what I needed. The elevator was broken for over a week when I needed to move things back into my classroom & my unit was on the third floor. There was also a terrible stench of trash throughout, not to mention rodents running wild. I finally moved everything out. It was too expensive to have to go through that. The staff is very friendly, but that doesnt make up for the rest of the nonsense.

We had a great experience at Extra Space on Prospect in Trenton. Tammy (I think thats her name) was super helpful, polite and answered all our questions. She showed us two great spaces and the facility was very clean. She also managed handling incoming customers extremely well, while we decided what our options were. I visited two other storage places (well known brands) and thought this location and brand was exceptional. Customer service at its best! Thanks Extra Space (especially Tammy)!

Service is superb at the above location! Staff members are always accommodating. This is an enormous diference from an intitial service provided several years ago. It is a pleasure to consult with an outstanding staff, Tammy and the young man (please forgive me, I forgot his name). I would highly recommend this location to family/friends because of these outstanding staff members.Their professionalism and concern are an asset to the Extra Space Storage!

I chose the Extra Space Storage in Ewing because of the convenient location and have stayed because of the great customer service. I frequently utilize my space and have found the staff assistance and knowledge extremely valuable. The facility is clean and I feel safe no matter what time I go to my storage unit. If you are looking for convenience and customer service at a competitive price Extra Space Storage in Ewing is a wonderful self storage option!

My experience with Extra Space Storage in North Brunswick, New Jersey has been excellent. My boyfriends mother, Jocelyn Bogue, and myself have been greeted with pleasant personnel and a clean environment. The Manager, Bill, has always been willing to help and always had a smile. It is people like him that will keep me going back to the Extra Space Storage in North Brunswick, New Jersey when I need a storage space.

This Location is central to everything in Ewing and when I needed to store my personal effects, I decided that ESS in Ewing would fit all of my needs. The staff is very professional, polite and helpful. The site is very clean and as a customer, I found access very easy with my personal access code. Should I require a storage solution in the future-ESS of Ewing will be the only place for me and my familiys needs.

Not happy at all......with this storage facility. I would not recommend it to anyone!! Never...Ever. After renting space from Extra Space Storage for only five months.... the price of the rent went up. After contacting the corporate office , they knew at the time in which I signed the contract that in five months the rent would go up. I was never told !! They are not honest, they are a bunch of crooks !!

I rented here to keep my seasonal things out of the way at home and I thought the pricing was great. I shopped around before renting and they were the lowest in the area. I never had a problem with anything, the units were clean and the halls were well lit so I felt comfortable going alone or after dark. I would definitely refer friends and family members to rent here. -Christina

Experince was pleasent. My unit was very clean. only wished i received one on the first floor. Office woman was very pleasent and nice. Price of the unit is high however the best price i found in town during this time. All the college kids have them occupied :(. No worries tho glad i was able to fit most of my 1 bedroom contents in a 10X10 unit.

Great storage facility! I have rented here before and always found it clean and secure. The staff is always nice. I feel more comfortable with my stuff at Extra Space than some of the other storage places in the area. I do not rent currently but I always stop in when I need a couple boxes. I highly recommended this storage location.
