Badly Bad

Very bad experience. These are the things that dont work at all or only sporadically, or are only occasionally available: elevator often does not work, door stop broken and un-repaired for over 6 mo., moving dollies rarely available, most of them are cracked or have missing wheels, access to buildings is not secured, it is open access to anyone because there are no locks on buildings. Air control is not well managed, and summer months are often sweltering inside due to lack of climate-control maintenance. Bugs on floors. Mopping has not been done in 7 month period, made obvious by stains and debris that are in same place for 7 those 7 mos. Managmnt barely on site. Customers, who essentially pay the mgmts paycheck, is incredibly hostile to customers.

I would recommend this location. The customer service from Tom has been excellent from the start. He is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I have been here for almost year and do not have plans on moving. The grounds are well kept and storage areas are clean and well maintained.

For the last 6 years my boss and I have shared a unit here at Metro. This location is always very clean, well lit and easy to access. The Manger is always willing to help and very pleasant to work with. If anyone needs storage this is where we send them! A++

Great service. Clean facility. I went in with a lot of questions and the worker there, Tom, explained everything clearly. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable in my decision to use the storage space. I highly recommend this place!

Well maintained units that are all climate control. 2nd floor access is by stairs only, but they have a service elevator for your stuff.
