Can not say enough for THE STORAGE STORE in ANDOVER. There were places that were slightly closer to my original NJ residence, but none of them compared to what my experience was and is with THE STORAGE STORE from the very first time I made even casual inquiry. Imagine how you want a storage facility to be, how you want to be treated, and how business matters are cared for, and that is what my experience has been for over 4 years, and I have not had one concern in my choice. When some small matters had to be cared for by phone, email, or fax from considerable distance, I knew I would be helped in my questions, and that personalized solutions and resolves would be offered and would occur. The place is impeccable, all the staff personable and knowledgeable, and all is managed well. More importantly in the long run, THE STORAGE STORE offers me the security that I know is real and can be trusted, especially while living out of state and not being able to attend to things personally for myself. Again, I can not say enough for the staff who are always friendly and helpful, and whom I know I can trust in what they say, and in their follow up with each other and their offices. One particular difficulty that I recall was with the internet service making online payments, and was not the fault of the staff or the facility at all. I called and knew that regardless of how it was cared for, nothing would be left undone or with any variance from what was cited to me. Id recommend your staff and this facility a 1,000 times, and have said so many times. When I drove out of there the first time, and each time since, I have never had another concern about any of my belongings nor about the manner in which I would be respected and helped as a new or longtime customer. I have never been disappointed or had a second thought as it regards this significant rapport and relationship with THE STORAGE STORE, and in fact am more than pleased. There a few things I need when Im shopping for self storage: Clean facility and units, a trustworthy and knowledgeable staff, and above all else, the assurance that my stuff is safe on their property. Unlike a few other storage facilities Ive tried in Sussex County, This place checks off each box. For one, the grounds are extremely well looked after. Not only is it clean, but it also gives me the feeling that the employees here actually care about their clients. And thats another thing; Ive never received anything less than professional and friendly service, which I admit, is not something you see too often anymore. And as far as safety goes, this particular location takes great care to ensure the units are safe. I particularly appreciate the code-accessed gates. If youre looking for a storage place worth sticking with, this is a very safe bet. After three other facilities, this location makes me feel like they appreciate and deserve my business the most.

I just began renting yesterday & dealt with Brian who was very professional, knowledgeable & courteous. He explained everything clearly & precisely as opposed to other storage facility places that are shady. Not Metro. The place is clean & climate controlled. I rented a 5x5 and the $1. first month is a great deal. Security seems to be like all the rest, CCTV. Hours are convenient too. I plan on renting a larger unit soon. I will leave another review when I am done renting and give a more thorough review based on my experience.

I have been a tenant, as it were, for several years now. My experience is totally positive on all levels. I would recommend The Storage Store highly. The staff is always professional and eager to help in any way they can. If I were to rate them from 1 to 10 (10 being the best) - I would give them an 11. They go above and beyond what is expected from a storage place.
