I needed storage with hours notice. I was fortunate enough to find this place. Jessica was BY FAR one the most helpful people I have met in customer service position. I called so many places and had to leave a voicemail. They answer the phone here! This place actually has a person on site during business hours. The place is organized, clean, technologically on the ball and right off a major highway. Jessica made the process easy, fast, and informative. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage if you need storage.

Anthony is awesome!!! My experience with Extra Space has been fantastic. I needed a unit on short notice, and was running late - Anthony stayed late to get me setup and squared away. He showed me the unit and when I explained my storage need, he quickly showed me a unit with a bigger entry to accommodate my items at the same price! The drive-up access is so convenient. The lot is well lit and very secure as well. I just might have to get another unit! Highly recommended!!!

Went there and spoke with Jackie who was extremely helpful and professional. I explained what my needs were and when I would need a storage unit.I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. They take immediate action to help me solve problems (such as when I need more space and have to move to a larger unit). I like dealing with them so much that weve become friends.

Anthony the manager could not have been more helpful or patient! He is very knowledgable about his products and the Extra Space Company. We had a very difficult rental situation between NJ and SC and Anthony was the problem solver. Highly recommend Anthony. Would give him 10 stars if allowed!

Stopped in to look at the units today, manager was very helpful. Location is convenient, as I live in Flanders. Pricing is very competitive. Clean facility. Easy access. My wife and I will be renting a unit in February sometime. I highly recommend them!
