Amazing experience. Called to find out what time someone would be in the office to close out one of my storage units. Bob Kirby, the Asst.Mgr. said they open at 9:30 a.m. I had really wanted to get on the road early and he said he would come in early to accommodate me...and he did. He was extremely helpful. I forgot my bottled water and was moving and lifting stuff for about an hour on a hot day. When I was finished I went into the office to use the restroom and asked for a water fountain. They didnt have one. When I came out of the ladies room he offered my friend and I his personal Brita filtered water. Where do you get that kind of service? Extra Space Storage in Denville, NJ.....thats where!!!

The facility was clean, well lit, and the security measures taken made me feel very safe leaving my belongings there. But that was nothing compared to the customer service! We had a bit of complications renting two units, but the ladies worked together and did not quit until the problem was resolved. They had wonderful "we can and we will" attitudes, cheerful and patient. I was so impressed with their willingness to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, and to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend the facility for not only the storage aspect, but the dedication to customer service they displayed!

Visited Bob and Brittany on Tuesday to rent the unit that I had reserved with Bob Kirby a week earlier. Both Bob and Brittany were very courteous and answered any questions I had and provided great service. I chose this site for its conditioned units,security and ease of getting to the location for me. I had visited competing storage sites but they were not heated or cooled. The prices are fair and the peace of mind that my stuff is secure indoors in a heated and air conditioned facility so that it doesnt get ruined is great. If your stuff is worth storing then I would recommend this secure and very clean site with a very pleasant staff.

They get 5 stars for having a new, shiny facility with great elevators. However, the customer service at this location left so much to be desired that I simply cant give a good rating. Often it would be impossible to locate anyone who worked there even during stated business hours. The only restroom is in the office and when its locked, youre out of luck. I was given the wrong information when I signed up and was told untrue things about refunding partial unit rent. They also raised the rent a few months in. Overall, they were unfriendly, didnt like to answer questions, and really made renting this unit unpleasant.

I have been a customer with Extra Space for a while and definitely recommend this location!! Phil and his staff are always very friendly and accommodating, and take care of everything I need in just a matter of minutes. I have used other storage facilities in the past and have never found one to be as clean and well maintained as this place is. This is the cleanest storage facility Ive seen and carts are always available when you need them. Anyone who is looking for a clean, safe storage facility, take a look at what this place has to offer, you wont be disappointed.

Im a new customer with Extra Space Storage in Denville, NJ. The people that work there are very friendly and take their jobs seriously. When I walked in I was greeted by Manger Phil and to my satisfaction he was very helpful with making my decision as to rent a storage faculty with you. He was very knowledgable as to what it costs and gave me all of my options. It was as easy as 1,2 and 3. I will continue renting out my facility as long as you hire great employees like Phil. He was very helpful with my questions regarding every aspect of renting a unit and what would be best for me as I explained the needs I had for utilizing the facility. Bob and Brittany are the best! I made a reservation online and I got a phone call within 5 minutes! I came in to rent the storage unit and they were awesome. They made sure I was getting the right size unit I needed at the right price. I have never been to a better storage place. Recently had to move into a smaller unit. Brittany Gura was so helpful in making the switch as easy as possible. What great customer service. Excellent facility to use. Easy accessible from Route 80, clean and easy to maneuver through. Phil was extremely helpful in assisting me from my online reservation until my move in day. Would highly recommend this place.

The Denville Facility is Excellent! When I am there the carts are always available, the floors are spotless, the location is clean and the staff and especially manager Philip are the most helpful and friendliest people. I would recommend this facility to everybody. As a tenant with several units, I am very happy to be at the Denville location!
