When I moved a little while back I had to store my entire house in a unit. After filling the unit to the brim I realized I needed more space and freaked out! I was so happy that I was able to get a second unit right next to my original unit to fit the rest of my things. I have moved before and used a different company and the same exact thing happened and the other storage company made me move all of my things out of the unit I had and into a larger one. I was so impressed with the manager Ryan when he found me a second one so I didnt have to lug my things around again. I also loved that there were free carts and elevators. In past moving experience it was an additional charge to use their equipment. However, I felt it was very hot in the building though, but other then that I had a pretty easy time moving my things in and out. Very easy access in and out of the gate and parking was good. I had rented a 17 foot UHaul and being a woman I felt like it was the easiest move I ever had.

Finding a safe, clean, storage location can sometimes be challenging and worrysome. However, when I stopped by this location and met with Property Manager Ryan, he made my experience very easy! I had been shopping around for a storage unit to store my entire apartment, when I decided to stop into this location. The office was very clean, and Ryan had no problem assisting me, and answering all my storage questions/concerns. He even took me out on the property, showed me a few different sized units, and also recommended some really great moving merchandise. Ryan was very polite, patient, and informative. I was amazed at how clean the property was inside and out, because to me the place was huge! I overall had a great experience, and when I decide to store, I will defintely be going back to his location!

Ever since the first day I needed extra space, Public Storage and the people who run if, have been so helpful, patient and understanding. I have been given a convenient location within the property and it is easily accessible from the convenient elevators. The location is constantly kept clean and there are always rolling carts to assist you in moving your items in/out of your facility. Thank you so much for offering me a safe environment to store my overflow. It has been, and will continue to be, a pleasure working with you. Ryan has been a constant source of communication and has always helped me solve my problems or my concerns. He has been helpful with payment reminders and has been very respectful whenever we talk. Ryan is a perfect "go to" person within this facility.

I am one of your best customers, and over the last 12 years I have rented up to 4 spaces simultaneously for various projects. The facility is well located and conveniently near Costco! More importantly, the staff has been consistently terrific. Years ago, I dealt with Jerry S. and now I am very pleased with Ryan V. who must work 365 days a year because he is always there in the office when I need him! I have no suggestions for things that he could do better -- because he is terrific, energetic, friendly and very competent. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to heat and cool the storage building . It does get warm (and cold) inside! I recommend Public Storage without reservation! -- Brian M.

Very good customer experience in meeting with Kristen initially and then closing the rental with Ryan on a return visit to the rental units. Both Kristen and Ryan took the time to find a unit that would work best for our storage needs. They explained the different sized units and generally how much each would accommodate. They were also very helpful in locating a unit near the elevator which was important. And finally, the monthly billing a payment process was explained very well. We even were able to get a great rate on the first month rental! I would not hesitate to rent from this Public Storage facility which is in a very convenient location. Mark and Linda C.

On the overall the experience here was good most of the time. Ryan was great any time I spoke to him and he was always able to resolve an issue I might run into. The location of the building is good with it being near a few highways so getting to it was not an issue. The reason for it not being a 5 star review is partly because of the inconvenience of not being able to set my own gate code so I would always forget it when I showed up after a few months, and the fact that with no notice the rent of the unit increased twice while I was a tenant. In addition, the hours are slightly more restrictive than some other storage unit sin the area, but only by an hour or so.

Rented 2 units, over the course of 7 years, as I moved to London, returned, and stored items from my parents estate. Ryan, the manager was amazingly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me in the process of renting, changing payment s(even from overseas), moving items in/out, and even as I close out my units--always with useful advice and a positive attitude. The unit itself is well-situated, and in good condition for its type (not temperature controlled), but in the end, its the people who make the difference. Thanks Ryan for your support.

This location is very easy to get to and is centrally located right off the major highways of 287 and 22. The property manager Ryan is very helpful and easy to deal with. My only complaint about this location is that the 4 carts that they have, for the entire complex, are broken, missing multiple wheels, falling apart, duct taped, unsteady and unsafe. We have been renting at this location for 5+ years now and there have been no upgrades to the carts. Whoever is in charge of authorizing new/more carts.....PLEASE DO SO! Thank you.

Stopped by to get prices and thought I could run in and out just to pick up a list. I was very happy that Ryan was there, he explained all the sizes and what would fit in each one. He quickly showed me a locker so I would have a visual on what I may need and went over what packing supplies he thinks I will need. I dont normally write reviews and I didnt have a gmail account, but when Ryan handed me the information on writing a review, I had to sign up and do it. He was so great and I want to say how luck you are to have him!

Great service, clean facility, and convenient hours. Just wish they had a few more dollies available for moving your items in/out of storage locker. Sometimes theyre all in use at once. And just an FYI, they charge by the month, not the day. So if you close your account on the third day of the month, you still have to pay for the entire month because you didnt meet the first-of-the-month deadline. But overall its a good facility and Id rent from Public Storage again.

This is my first experience using a public storage facility. I contacted manager Ryan through the phone and he helped me find the fright size room that was available. Later I changed my mind, and Ryan took care of the change in a second. When I moved everything out, Ryan even waited me outside his office. Also want to mention that, I was greeted by Gaby when i got the key and she was very pleasant ! She helped me fill out all the paperwork. Great costumer service !
