Rented a U-Haul truck whose rear door malfunctioned. Tough time opening/closing. Called Stowaway to inform and dealt with a man who was rude and had a "could care less" attitude. Go elsewhere if you want better customer service!

Easy process and very accommodating. Their upkeep of the property makes visits to the unit a little less of a chore. Surprised at how interested the manager is in my satisfaction with the service.
