I realized I would write a review for Extra Space Storage the minute the manager said "Yes, no problem." I have used at least five other storage companies in my career in sales and none of them have ever measured up to my experience with Extra Space Storage. I have been made to feel like a nuisance at times at other facilities Ive used in the past, for simply asking a question. In my line of work, there are certain protocols that must be met before and during my tenure at a storage facility, some are easy and some take a few minutes to prepare. I have been BLESSED to say the least to have met and work with Madonna at the Andover New Jersey location. In the time I have come to know her at the facility, she has been nothing short of fantastic- a true asset! Everything I have ever asked her for has been taken care of immediately , from updating paperwork/contracts , to billing issues/roots, to availability requests and quotes she was either right on top of the answer or got back to me immediately and addressed my needs. More often than not she actually anticipated that I would need additional information and sent it on and lo and behold- she was right and I looked good because I had the information proactively! I am truly grateful for her commitment to the facility and her customers and I would absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility in the area.

From the moment I called to inquire about a unit, Madonna was nothing but informative and helpful. I went to the facility to check the units out for myself. The place is very big and Madonna had a golf cart to take me around. Great since it was such a hot day! This storage facility is kept immaculate!!! This is the CLEANEST storage facility I have ever rented from. As I said, Madonna was very informative and professional. She explained everything thoroughly and took extra care to make sure I understood everything about the insurance policy I had to take out on my belongings. Doing the paperwork was a breeze! Extra Space Storage has it all on the computer so you are not signing a million different peices of paper! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

She is knowledgeable on all facets of the storage process - from what size is appropriate for your needs through to explaining the contract agreement. She returns calls promptly and answers any questions with such a pleasant attitude. Madonna made me feel like I was doing business with a good friend. I was very impressed to see during the last snow storm, Madonna with a shovel in hand digging out my RV. I have been a customer of this facility for a very long time, and I think Madonna is the best person I have worked with. She is kind and considerate, and always makes me feel welcome, like she is one of the family. I feel like Im storing things in my mothers garage! She always calls to make sure I get my payment in, and this is a real help to me, it saves me from getting behind, and in trouble. When everything in this world is such a hassle, Its nice to know this small part of my world is going smoothly.

I went to visit storage places recently and I have to say Extra Space Storage is where I think I will end up. I went to the Andover location and spoke with Madonna she was Awesome! she is such a nice woman and knows her stuff. I called this storage place looking for a 10 x 10 storage unit to rent and spoke with a customer service representative Madonna. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She gave me all the information and then was so understanding to explain the same information to my girlfriend. She was really patient and nice. My girlfriend and I decided we are go to rent the unit from her, although it is not locally convenient but just from her pleasant attitude we felt very comfortable and satisfied.

So happy to have found this place!!!! We cant believe how cheap this place is compared to other places around. Plus the customer service number I called was fantastic and once we got there Russ the assistant manager took care of us and he was very nice and seemed like he cared about making us happy. PLUS, if you decide to move here, and need to rent a truck, they give you 20% off a Budget Truck rental. This place is amazing, check them out before you go any where else!

Great storage space in a quiet location - immaculate property as well. Madonna is what really makes the place a 5-star storage location: from the minute you start the search for a unit, through the signup process, and then during your entire time storing with her, she treats you like family. Extra space storage in Andover, Nj is great. The management of the facility is very helpful and rite from the first phone call Madonna helped me a great deal. I never used a storage facility and this was the first one that I contacted, and I chose this facility based on that conversation. Its a great quite location and very clean.
