I needed to get some things out of my current home in anticipation of an upcoming move. Lisa took excellent care of me, making sure I understood the different options, pricing, unit sizes, etc. She was extremely accommodating even when I needed to see the various sizes more than once (I have a pretty bad eye for gauging how much space my stuff will take up!) I got all set up on the spot and now have a nice storage unit for a reasonable price. And I have a lot of confidence about the property, the security of my possessions, and the service Ill be receiving there.

Lisa couldnt have been any more helpful! I went in to just scout their facility, and she was so nice, so helpful and so knowledgeable, I signed up on the spot. The location and ease-of-access is terrific, but Lisa made the difference. She is simply NICE and friendly, and I immediately felt like Id known her all my life. I prefer to work with companies when I have faith in their people & the service they provide, and Lisa reminds me of a time when companies where all about good service to their customers. Every company needs a Lisa working for them.

I RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY VERY HIGHLY. IT IS ALWAYS VERY CLEAN AND SECURE. THE STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. I CANT REMEMBER ALL THEIR NAMES, BUT I DEAL WITH LISA THE MOST AND IF YOU NEED ANYTHING SHE WILL BE ABLE TO HELP YOU WITH IT. I had such a great experience renting a unit with public storage! Lisa is amazing and made sure I was all taken care of! I had been to about 5 self storage facilities in my area and no one made me feel as comfortable and secure as Lisa did. I needed to get into a unit immediately and unexpectedly and I was able to view and rent the unit on the spot! Just walked in. Lisa made it that easy! I would definitely recommend using this public storage!

She is the most pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, interesting and easy to talk to, upbeat person that I have met in a very long time. Lisa is the Best......she was very kind to me despite my reluctance in purchasing their cylinder lock for $20.00. She was very polite and professional despite my attitude, and most facilities have made the cylinder lock mandatory, for your protection. Needless to say I returned and obtained the storage unit. She was apologetic to me, when I actually owed her an apology. Thank God for people like Lisa.

Asia was courteous and patient. She was very knowledgeable about the,storage units and was able to answer all my questions. Before going to the storage place someone from the 1800 # had said theyd give me the actual sale price but when I got to do the paperwork it was something different, there were other hidden fees. This is why only 3 stars-- but everything else was fine.

Loved the experience. Lisa, the manager, was one of the key reasons. She was Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and made sure you understood all terms and felt comfortable using the facility before you left. This facility was Very clean, neat and affordable. Easy to access your property. Recommend the Bordentown site. A great experience for us.

Lisa helped us out with our first storage unit, she was so helpful in showing us all the different sizes of storage units available and working with us to make sure we got the best price and promotions for us. Definitely use public storage, great customer service and they have deals with budget truck rentals!! Ask for Lisa!!

Have been here over five years, and love the service I got. Everybody was very accommodating and polite, and Lisa especially when I closed out. Moving to Florida so has nothing to do with public storage just different area. I really appreciate Lisas information and help when I finally left.
