I have never used a storage facility and needed storage for a family member who was moving up to the Newtown area. I went into Metro Self Storage and was immediately greeted by Jennifer B. - the woman in charge of the storage facility. Jennifer was the most helpful, kindest, caring person who personally assisted me in obtaining a storage unit that was not only the perfect size, but was located in an ideal location that was easy for me to use to bring items back and forth. Jennifer was professional, knowledgeable, confident and just fun to do business with. She answered all of my questions and personally showed me a variety of storage units. Moves can be stressful-yet Jennifer made the entire process easy and simple. I would highly recommend Metro Self Storage in Newtown and very highly recommend working with Jennifer!!!! 5 plus, plus stars!!!!

Jennifer the lady that runs/operates the Newtown facility is so polite and helpful. Shes always in a great mood and willing to help in any way she can. I actually came here from a different storage company in brostol. That place was a mess,rodents run around all over the place,not to mention the staff are rude and very short with customernot just one person,but most of th e staff. Last time I was there,the girl at the counter was too busy being on her cell phone to help me and the other person waiting in line. Coming to metro was a "God send" Jennifer helped make the transition to metro enjoyable and easy like I said,her attitude is always positive and very personable. Couldnt b happier with her and metro. Thanks Jennifer!

Jennifer the lovely girl that works at the newtown branch,is always so charming and helpful! I was worried when the facility changed ownership,but it turned out quite alright. Willing to work with me when I lost my job for a time,couldnt be more happy there. Jennifer, the lady that works at the newtown branch is always very helpful and patient,never rude or snooty like the people over at my girl friends storage unit over at self storage in Bristol. Highly recommend metro to anyone with storage needs.

Metro Self Storage is a clean and happy place. Jennifer is personable and professional. She made everything easy to handle. I had trouble with my door and she fixed it right away. Jennifer understood how hard it is to give away, throw away, or donate all my mothers remaining belongings. Metro Newtown is an all around safe place.
