I dont usually take time to write reviews like this, but every once in a while you go somewhere and your expectations are exceeded by so much you just have to do something to recognize it. I needed to buy some boxes for a local move, and happened to stop at this location to check prices. I was greeted like they knew me for years, they helped me pick the sizes I needed and really went the extra mile for me. I guess they know that in their business, theyre dealing with people who are sometimes under a lot of stress. I went in for boxes, and left feeling like I had made a couple new friends. Thank you Alicia and Todd for your help and your kindness - you and your team there really understand what customer service is all about. Im happy to give you a 5-star review and will recommend you to anyone who needs moving supplies or temporary storage!

Our family moved to Japan for four years and we used this Extra Space Storage facility for storage of most of our home furniture, seasonal decorations, garage items and other miscellaneous items. Each summer, we would come to the unit to check on our belongings. It was like going back in time. We were amazed to find no dust on anything. There were no odors, no temperature control issues, no problems at all. We recently returned back home to the States and had a very pleasant experience in unloading our unit. The office staff are great! We would highly recommend this location. In four years, we had no problems at all.

I have been a business customer at this location for two years now. The facility is spotless and well lit. Carts are easy to find and in good condition. But the best thing about Extra Space Storage is the high quality of the employees. Alicia, Karen, and Sandy are very helpful and always quick to get me information about packages that I am expecting. Recently I needed to downsize my unit. They made the transition smooth and even relocated me to a unit that was more conveniently located since I need to access the unit daily. I would happily recommend Extra Space Storage to any friend, family member or business associate.

I believe the ladies that I deal with there are names Alicia and Karen. Whenever I call and ask about a shipment they are more than helpful. My one complaint about this facility is that there is nowhere to dispose of garbage, cardboard, or pallets. But Alicia and Karen were helpful in putting me in touch with another renter that could make use of the pallets that had been just sitting in my storage unit. After getting my permission, the ladies let him in to my storage unit to clear them out! Such nice and accomodating ladies. The new motion detecting lights in the facility are great- a wonderful enegy saver!

Used this specific facility for a bit under a year. The usual security features -- gated access (number pad lock), then your own pad lock on the unit itself. Clean place, clean unit. I had the largest one they offered, and it had access from both ends. Two light bulbs in the unit was okay for late-day use, but I dont think there would have been too much light in the unit itself at night. I noticed that the security cameras in the main office were pretty new, and looked like they could "track" any moving object in the compound. Good to see. The people there were friendly and helpful.

It was 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night, but that didnt stop Todd from providing extraordinary customer service. Extra Space Storage makes the competition look like amateurs. Getting in and out of this place is a breeze...the easiest storage move Ive ever done. Safety, Security and Cleanliness are Top Priority and it shows throughout the entire process. I feel at home at Extra Space Storage. Thanks Sierra, It was a pleasure to receive a follow-up call from a warm, Angelic voice. This is by far the BEST and only storage facility I will ever use.

This is my first time renting with Extra Space but my parents used this place too and had excellent service, which recommended me when I was transferring duty stations. Plus, the woman I worked with was super helpful. She even helped me get a better, closer unit to where I could pull my car up to. The storage facility is very clean and with the motion sensor cameras and video cameras and the staff doing daily walk-throughs to check to make sure the locks are on and nothing appears to be amiss, I feel my stuff is secured very safely. Thank you.

I am a returning customer for this specific facility. Alicia and Todd are the nicest people. While maintaining a high level of professionalism, they both go the extra mile and show genuine interest. I had last rented in 2013, when I walked in they remembered me and my family by name. The facility was always clean and the recent renovations are great. I will always choose this facility. I generally dont recommend places, but the customer service here is outstanding and consistent that I ALWAYS recommend this storage facility to everyone!

Good Evening, I recently rented a storage space @ Morrisville ,PA location.From the minute I arrived on location I was greeted by Alicia Zimmerman. She was very pleasant and professional with helping me choose the right size container. Through the entire process she was very friendly and polite. I was having a bad day all the way until I arrived EXTRA STORAGE and meet ALICIA . I f this world can have a few more people like her it would be a better world. I will always use EXTRA STORAGE and also recommend everyone to EXTRA STORAGE.

I am so glad that I chose Extra Space Storage to store my items. The staff member (Todd) I met when I signed up is awesome. I love the fact that they do a lock check on a daily basis. I also got a courtesy call to let me know I didnt completely lock my storage while I was in the middle of moving my items in. I am so blessed & grateful with my decision as being a storage tenant at Extra Storage Space. I have already been referring my family & friends to choose Extra Storage Space if they shall ever need storage.

After trying the place down the street and being pretty much directed here boy was I happy the place is clean organized and Todd and Sierra are not only friendly but very well informed I had no papers to sign everything was computerized and dumbed down enough for me to understand! Thanks again Tod and Sierra this was not something Ive been looking forward to doing but am so grateful its done and was with so much ease! I will recommend extra storage and especially this location

As an auto rebuilder and spare parts pack rat...site is clean, staff is extremely friendly and supportive, and, being able to safely store my automobiles and extra parts close to my home (I can walk here...) is a plus. Can recommend this site without reservation. And, they sponsor a yearly car show...which is well-attended and fun to participate in. So, its not just a place to put stuff, but also participate in the community. So...its a plus all around.

I have been using this facility for over 5 years for various ventures and it has always been clean and the staff has always been helpful, friendly and accommodating.
