Since PAUL (former property manager)... TRANSFERRED, I have had the WORST customer service experiences. Hopefully this will be my last month @ Edge-water Park location. I dont understand why I get harassed by emails and phone calls for paying my bill late, but when I go to pay NO one is in the office or wants to stay a little later to collect payment. Online payment doesnt work, due to server/system errors. On 4/13/2014 Nicole did NOT want to stay "THE MOST" 15 minutes after closing to collect my payment. 15 minutes. WOW! I had to catch bus to Public Storage in Delran, then get back on bus to go to Edge-water Park. On 4/13/2014 I spring cleaned my unit. I had to leave trash outside my unit because their were NO dumpster(s). What storage facility does NOT have dumpsters. I expressed my concerns to Nicole (PS team member) and she told me to go next door to Dunkin Donuts and ask manager if I can dump my trash in their bin. WOW! So thats what I had to do. Again... Hopefully this will be my last month @ Edge-water Park location.

It was a very delightful experience. The desk attendant, Nicole, was very informative and helpful. She supplied us with all of our needs. Showing us a couple of units helped us determine our decision for unit size and convenience. Plus she recommended materials to us that surely would save us on cleanliness and protection of or items. I would highly recommended Public Storage Edgewater park. Thank you.

I stopped into public storage, in edgewater park, to purchase bubble wrap, packing paper & to inquire about how my friend would go about renting a storage unit & had the pleasure of meeting Nicole Rittner. She was extremely helpful & was very knowledgeable on sizes & prices & I was able to refer her to my friend. If/when I need a storage Im definitely going back to Nicole, she was awesome!!!!

Lisa Really is Great... I got a great deal with Prompt Professional & Friendly service... Money Well Spent With A Great Company. If Lisa became the standard by which Public Storage Employees were trained and reviewed, I bet a dollar to a donut your cust retention rate will increase...

I have had a unit for a year and half and have been very pleased with my experience. Paul has always been pleasant and helpful. I went in today to get a smaller unit and everything went smoothly. I even stayed to chat a bit with him and his manager Jeff. I would highly recommend this location

Had no problems with finding a unit I could fit all my stuff in. Nicole was very helpful in making sure I had the right size unit for the amount of stuff I had. Also greeted me with a wonderful smile and called me by name. Need a place to store your goods. This is the place to use.
