Great experience so far. We reserved our unit online and spoke with the managers to confirm. Melanie in the office helped me get all of the paperwork straightened out the day before our move. It turned out that we didnt reserve a big enough unit and Melanie was able to advise me on what size I needed. She was 100% right. We packed our unit to the top! Moving in was seamless and I doubt the overall experience will be any different. Melanie is knowledgeable, friendly and professional - really great to deal with (especially during a hectic cross-state move)!

I was very pleased with the service I received today by Brandon.I used the online registration and gave him all my info.The office opened at 9:30 and I received my conformation call at 9:45. When I arrived at the store he was prompted to shake my hand and give me his name. He then went right in explaining what I need to know to rent my space.He then took me to my space I selected , I realized it was to small for my needs, so he showed me the larger size . We finished off the paper work and I happily on my way. Good Job

This is a lovely site; however, I have not used the storage facility at this time. I went to an electronics recycle day in Langhorne & became lost on the return journey. I pulled into this Public Storage because it was easy to enter & leave. The woman in charge, Melanie, was lovely & gave me excellent directions to get back to my home grounds. She was very kind to a lost, GPS-less, non-customer. Doubtless this attitude spills over onto those who use the storage facilities as well.

I started storing items at this location since October 2013 to prepare for a move. Melanie and Eric helped me when I arrived and walked me through everything. The facility is clean, organized and quite affordable. They have carts for you to use while loading in. This is my first time using Public Storage and it has been a great experience so far.

Public Storage is an awesome place for all your storage needs and supplies. Chelsea was very helpful in choosing my unit size and setting up my reservation. The new manager Crystal was there the day of move in and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It is very well lit, climate controlled, and secure.

Great service! Storage unit is very clean. This particular Public Storage location is very courteous and professional. They worked with me to supply exactly what I needed to store away my belongings!
