I rented a unit last September but forgot to do the review. Daniel was very very helpful and gave me an awesome deal on a unit. His associates (whose names I didnt get) were also great. Customer service is A++. Security is top notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit. Ill be using them again in the next few months! I just rented another unit on 3/12/15. Melanie was extremely helpful getting us the unit size we needed in a great location. Our overall experience was wonderful and again I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a place to store their things securely at a reasonable price with pleasant and knowledgeable staff such as Melanie and Danny.

Last week i went here to get information and i was greeted by the store manager Selinda. My wife and i thought we would need a larger unit then we actually did and Selinda broke it down and showed us exactly what we needed and it was smaller then we thought which saved us money. After showing us the unit which we agreed on she took the extra step and checked out other public storage locations in the area for better pricing. It turns turned out the Trevose location had a cheaper price on the same size unit and it was a drive up unit. The service we were given was excellent and you can tell she really cared about the customers needs i would highly recommend using this location

My experience was fine until my unit was starting to flood. I went to my unit to drop a few things off and noticed a large puddle on the floor. I do not store any liquids in my unit so it was not an internal issue. I went to the office and they offered me paper towels!? Thanks for nothing! I asked what can be done and they said nothing until you move your stuff out! They never once offered me relief on my rent or movers. It was all on my shoulders. So I certainly did move my things....just to another storage facility. I will most certainly never use or recommend this company to anyone.

My dad has had a unit at this location for several years. My dad passed quite suddenly a few weeks ago. Trying to muddle through the dozens of companies and ridiculous robot-like customer service people who promise a call back within 30-60 days, it was very refreshing to deal with such a prompt and sympathetic team. Daniel and his associates called back in less than a day and have worked with my family and i to get the unit switched over to us. We are happy to remain clients of this business.

Ive been with them only a couple of months and they jacked the price up another $13 a month. I was already not happy that they are charging me an extra $11 a month for insurance which I do not need. On top of this they harassed me over my sons ex-girlfriends storage unit when she moved her stuff out and left a table in there. I had nothing to do with her storage and yet I got 3 phone calls from a very rude clerk. I am paid up for the next 2 months and then I will be moving my stuff elsewhere.

To whom it may concern..I must express my appreciation of my "friends" at this public storage location. Danny/Charlene are very professional, friendly, informative, and generally good representatives of this company. Im always pleased upon entering/leaving this establishment without having to call in to ask questions. All my questions/concerned are completely fulfilled in the office. I highly recommend this particular location to anyone interested in "THE BEST" in customer service.. :)

I have never had such a great storage experience before. The manager at this location I believe his name is Daniel, he was such a well mannered man and provided me with sufficient help when organizing the rental of my unit. This is the kind of service people dream of when getting ready to let a business handle their belongings. The property is well kept and facilities are well maintained . I will defiantly be referring this place to my peers.

I was given absolutely the best service by Daniel when I arrived, he was very supportive and helpful when it came to my purchases. Despite his modest efforts to obtain a review by me, I procrastinated like any good American. I have never used a storage unit before, but started renting from this facility in March 2013. I have NOTHING but wonderful things to share about my experience with Danny and his staff! Everyone I have dealt with has been more than helpful and very professional!! I stop in frequently to check on the unit and have to run in just to say Hello. I have absolutely NO complaints! I needed a storage unit and was just shopping around. I stopped in here and was welcomed very warmly by a gentleman named Daniel. He went over different options with me and was very thorough. I felt incredibly comfortable and well informed. He was definitely the reason I signed up. Great facility and great customer service. Clean and I can access my unit at any time. I felt it necessary to write this review thanking Daniel for his helping me in what could have been a really bad situation. Apparently I had forgotten to lock my storage unit or locked it wrong .Through his diligence and during his rounds noticed my mistake and had thrown A PS lock on the door. I have nothing but great things to say about the management, facility, hours of operation, cleanliness and maintenance of the Flowers Mill Public Storage facility. The office team is upbeat, knowledgeable, accommodating and always eager to help or give advice. Though I can pay my bill online, I choose to pay in person just so I can visit with them!

First off, let me start by saying that storing and retrieving the things I needed for my move was one of the easiest parts thanks to their manager Daniel. He really took time to go through my options with me to find out the best solution would be for the right FAIR price. Public Storage in Langhorne is definitely top tier as far as Im concerned.
