This location has gone downhill since the staff changed. I recommend avoiding using this property. I have been using this location for several years for summer storage of college dorm room belongings. The first couple of years were a pleasure. The staff were friendly and helpful. But within the last couple of years there is new management on site. They are cold, dispassionate and dont care about customers. In May 2015 when we were moving our things into our unit we discovered that the roll-up door was off track and very difficult to raise and lower. I called the woman manager over to see it. She practically threw up her hands saying there was not much she could do. She asked me to leave her with our padlock key so that a repairman could come a week or so later to fix the door. I explained that we lived very far out of state and that we were in town just for the day to move our stuff in and flying home the next morning, and that I was not comfortable leaving anyone with my key. At that point, she walked away from the situation with no solution for us and an indifferent attitude. I would have expected Public Storage to find me a replacement unit at the same price. Check-out in Sep 2015 was a similar experience: unfriendly male manager in the office. My comments are about the STAFF, not the physical property, and my experience is from several phone calls and visits regarding my reservation. The facility is fine. The fact that our unit had a defective door is completely understandable. Things happen. I take issue with the attitude of the staff here regarding both routine Q&A and the one problem we had with the door.

I was in the location to ask questions and see prices about the possibility of renting a unit. I was skeptical about it as theres many storage facilities around. The property manager that I spoke with was courteous, professional, had a wealth of knowledge and seemed to put me at ease with the decision process. It also helped that the location was very clean and in a decent area so I felt good if I made the decision to rent here. He showed me a couple of units while making me feel at home in his company and went over everything from top to bottom while not being pushy. I had been to a few other storage facilities and none of them made me feel this welcome. I would recommend renting at the facility here to anybody I know.

Working with this location has been wonderful. Manager India worked with us through an out of state reservation and move realized that the size we had reserved was going to be too small. She kept us updated as to what came open and we were able to drive over with five minutes notice to finalize the rental. Everything was explained very clearly and concisely. Both she and Jasmine, who finalized the rental, were professional and understood the value of both our and their time. This is a great facility to work with (and well located)!

I reserved the unit online in the late evening and Nicole called me promptly in the morning. I arrived at the location and Nicole answered all my question clearly and concisely. Nicole was helpful and recommend ways to maintain and stack items in the unit. I was also pleased with the ease of the return policy. Nicole helped me the next day with a return of two sofa covers. It was all quick and painless. Kindness breeds kindness! Thank you, Nicole and public storage for making my moving experience that much less stressful! 5 stars!

First time users. Were able to get right into to what we needed, and site is close to home. Nicole, the company rep was knowledgeable, most courtesy and very helpful. Took us through the paperwork (which we found a bit overwhelming) with precision and clarity. Our only complaint is that this particular site does not have handcart of other helpful means of moving boxes. We were told by central reservations that ALL sites had carts. Nicoles assistance did help us to overcome that one complaint.

The property manager Rafael provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions regarding the property and storage units. I have to say that I have dealt with a lot of businesses and Rafael was one of the few people that actually goes out of their way to accommodate the customer. Rafael by far is very personable and professional, I would definitely recommend this property to those who are looking for storage and a great customer service experience in the process!

Rafael was very helpful and he greeted me with the most adorable smile (what a handsome boy!). He showed me the different options available and helped me choose what was best for me. He asked me how I was doing and listened when I spoke. You just dont get that kind of service from many young boys these days. It was a pleasant surprise. On top of that, the property was very clean, very well kept, and Im fully comfortable with the location its in. Id recommend.

Ive recently been in to ask questions about storage units, prices and possible moving supplies. Nicole, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about your storage facility and what yall have to offer your customers. I was particularly impressed with her customer service and the properties cleanliness. Im a college student and was told it would be alright if I moved out a few days after rent was due in September and I wouldnt have to pay the rent. Now, theyre telling me I have to pay a full months rent even though Im only staying an extra three days. I wouldnt mind, except they told me the complete opposite. These people hit you with many hidden fees!!! Like the reviewer before me, I would never recommend them to anyone!

Went there to open up two storage units, and we were helped by Janelle, who was very pleasant and accommodating, and dealt swiftly with some complications we introduced as far as payment and reservation procedures. The place itself is clean enough and is in a good location for folks who live in the Princeton area. Its also in close proximity to some decent restaurants, which makes the storage trips a bit more fun...

The roof collapsed in my unit and they didnt care. Yes, you read that right - the roof of the unit literally collapsed onto my stuff because of a leak. They even knew about the leak beforehand (we could see the bad patch job)! Worse - they just didnt care. I talked to the manager of the complex and the regional manager. Nothing. They wouldnt even call me back. Can you believe that?!? Worst. Company. Ever.
