I have been renting a unit at this location since May. I went there this past Saturday to finally remove my belongings into my new home, and everything was destroyed.There was mold everywhere, all over my leather, the fabrics, antique wooden bed frames, ceilings even! Further inspections revealed that the ceiling in the unit has been leaking inside the whole time. The ceilings were sagging from the weight of the water, the cement was very damp, even on the outside of the doors there was extreme moss growth all along the storage units which proves that water rests along the units for long periods of time. Instead of furnishing my new home this weekend, I had to spend money that I wasnt expecting to spend, and time I could have spent taking care of the house and my children was spent shopping to replace the items that was destroyed. Thankfully I made sure the unit was insured, however after filing the claim it appears I will not even be given enough compensation back to even cover the cost of buying a replacement couch, let alone a whole entire living room set and bedroom set.Moove In Self Storages response " Please make sure you return your key, sorry for any inconvenience." They are not taking any responsibility over the fact that their unit is damaged and that is why my belongings are damaged to begin with. My advice, do not store any items here, because this could happen to you, and you will not receive even half of what the cost of your belongings were to begin with

I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. They make it impossible for you to pay your bill and they are unfriendly. I tried continually to pay my bill online and the only reason I got every time I tried was "oh the website is down". There was nothing easy about dealing with this company! I took my stuff out just for the sheer reason of not being able to pay easily, such an inconvenience!!! I went to give my key back and they didnt even care why I was returning my key.
