Very happy with the service at this location – which I believe is chalked up to staffing. Alex runs this particular location and hes extremely easy to work with. He answers any questions having to do with the contracts when signing {and believe me, I had questions – very patient person :-) He also followed up to make sure we had the right size unit, because we really didnt know how much stuff was going to be going in initially. Ive had another storage unit from another company before, and although they were very nice, they never checked on this sort of thing, which makes me think hes going out of his way to be nice – which is nice :-) Hes also helped me figure out how to get to this review site on my phone, from which I was able to use his instructions for to extrapolate how to use it with my disability software – I cant type, and use voice recognition software to do it for me. I seriously dont think phone navigation is covered in the training manual – so again, just a generally nice guy whos been very professional in making sure everythings in order with my storage unit and the contracts {the latter of which I found complicated until he explained to them to me}. I cant speak for other locations, as they would obviously have different managers; but if youre looking for storage in this area, this could work out for you :-)

Well, i just rented a small space yesterday and the Front Desk Representative, Sharlyne was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and was able to help me find the right space for my stuff. Her personality was pleasant and we enjoyed small talk in between which help relieve some of my anxiety that i had before i went there to rent a space. I am nervous however, because of i read a previously post by a renter at this site who mentioned something about rates going up. I do not want to go through this after the pleasant experience i had at the beginning, so please if there are any hidden rules that Sharlyne didnt inform me about and she told me just about everything except who it was that built the place; please let me know as soon as possible so i can make other arrangements if necessary...it would be the professional thing to do. Other than this possible issue, i am good...thanks Public Storage! Enjoy your day.

HEADS UP. This is worst storage facility ever. Rent increase on all units every six months. They change your gate codes without informing you and there is no customer service rep available after hours. Can never teach the district manager and she never returns calls no matter how many messages you leave. Its a struggle to open the main door to get to the units. Elevator is extremely slow and there are only 3floors. No type of customer appreciation to any customers. I heard 2 other customers complaining about this place while I was waiting in line to pay my bill. One of them rented from them for 3yrs. I rented from them for 7 yrs. The ladies who ran this office 3-4yrs ago gave great customer service. They made me feel appreciated and welcomed. Lalor Self Storage offers 50% off for 6months if you move from one storage facility to them. I recommend them.

They run a scam by offering 1st months rent for a $1 but charge you a fee and insurance.Then after 6 months they send you a post card saying your rent is going up. I called the site and they referred me to 800# customer service. The person actually said "the rents always go up once a year". It is an unbelievable business practice. Im pulling my stuff out and going to Extra space storage.

My girlfriend and I had to get a last minute storage and found the most helpful, courteous and understanding receptionist Nicole that went out of her way and walk me to every size storage and helped me decide which would fit what I needed. Above and beyond the help And customer service! I strongly recommend using this facility!!!!

Tamra and Asia were very helpful during my visit. It was a very busy day and Tamra kept her cool while multitasking and helping several people at one time. The property appears to be clean and well-kept. I have used this facility in the past, and this visit and the service I received were 100 times better than before.

The two young ladies at my Public Storage site are the very best there is. They are very knowledgable, very helpful and no matter what the problem they can handle it with the utmost care. They go out of their way to satisfy their customers no matter the situation. It is always a pleasure coming in to pay my bill.
