This was the first time I have had to personally store anything and this place was great. Billy the property manger was 100% engaged in helping his customers and in meeting their storage needs. He handled all my requirements in a fast and efficient way to ensure I had the right size unit in the best location possible. I only needed to store my furniture for one month and this was 100% safe and worked out perfect. During the 1 month I stored my things here, there were 5 break-ins at the other local storage facility. I attribute the safe operation of this facility to the professionalism of the onsite property manager. You will not be disappointed in working with this location for your storage needs.

I have been utilizing Public Storage off an on for a number of years. I have been fortunate to have met the manager and he is a wonderful person. He is now a good friend of mine. You can develop friendships with great people like him. The only gripe I have is that the manager works very hard and I am aware of the overall pay scale of Public Storage...very low. It is the property manager that keeps everything flowing and there is not enough appreciation for all of your managers and staff. With that being said...I pray that Public Storage will take into consideration the value of hard working dedicated employees and do all you can to acknowledge them. Thank you

I have been using this Public Storage for about 8 or 9 years now, and I am pleased as punch with the staffs helpfulness and caring. There is no better property manager than Billy!!! The place is clean and well maintained. Also I always feel very safe while working in my units. My only complaint is, that over a month ago, Billy the manager contacted headquarters to send someone to un-jam one of my units doors, which for some reason will not open at all. They have yet to do anything about it! Maybe I shouldnt have to pay rent on a unit that I can not use, due to lack of access?!?! What do ya say guys??? Get the lead out, or reimburse my rent!

I have been a customer of this storage facility for over 10 years and have received nothing but good service and outstanding customer service at this facility, especially from the Manager Billy. Any time I visit the facility he always greets me with a smile and a helpful hand. He assisted me in setting up an account online to manage my unit and pay my bill. Whenever he is working he makes himself available to answer any questions I may have. I have recommended this facility to friends in the area.

Decent location. Went from paying $42 for my initial setup to getting there and having to pay a grand total of $82 with their ridiculous calculations. Disclaimer: This review and stars are SOLELY based off of the pricing issue. Customer service Iris was very pleasant, and the storage space is ideal for what you would expect from storage. I just wish that corporate would either adjust their fees online so that it coincides with those at the store.

I set up my storage unit a few weeks ago and its been working out good for me, I recommend reserving online first to secure a better rate. Note that tax and insurance will be added to the total cost. The property manager Billy was great! He made my setup smooth and easy, he was very informative and gave me plenty of advice to make sure I dont have any issues with the storage of my belongings. So far its satisfying my needs very well.

The on site manager was exceptionally helpful and very nice. The units are very clean and conveniently located on 541 bypass. The paperwork went quickly and very efficiently it was an excellent experience. The MGR here was awesome and so nice, not like some of these other places that make you feel like you are bothering them. thank you for having such a great MGR at this location

The manager Billy and his assistant Kelsey were very helpful and cooperative. Their level of professionalism is at a very high standard and are very polite even when dealing with rude customers as I have witnessed first hand. Kelsey was even nice enough to help us shovel snow away from the entrance of our shed. My mother and I are grateful for all of their help.

I have my personal belongings stored in the Public Storage Site in Mount Holly. Billy is the manager there and does an excellent job. I feel completely comfortable with my belongings there. It is a perfect location and always so clean. I couldnt ask for a better person to handle my affairs there with Billy and his staff.

The gentleman Billy who works at public storage in Mt.Holly was VERY HELPFUL & INFORMATIVE!!! However the lady whom I spoke to at the Public Storage Call center didnt inform me of the lock fee/insurance requirements when asked about other fees.... Either way I still decided 2 go with Public Storage in Mt.Holly....

Love this place...such a nice place to store your stuff and the staff is beyond amazing...great rates too. The property manager Billy is always so nice and helpful and made my experience that much more easier. My husband and I have had our storage unit for a few months now. The sign up was very simple and quick. The access is also simple. The associates are extremely pleasant and make the process easy. The unit we rented fits our needs and is easy to access day and night. I recommend this storage unit to anyone.

This storage facility is clean and the Manager Billy is very helpful. Billy is very friendly and he returns telephone calls and answers any questions that I have about the unit. If you are moving or just need extra storage space then this location is the best in the area.

Where it is its very convenient to where I work. I like the fact that public storage is everywhere so whenever I need to pay my bill I know that there is one close by. The people are always nice and respectful and the one lady remembered me by name! Good experience overall

I have only been a tenant at this location for about a month. I have to say that the information regarding my unit was thorough and clear. I think the price was great and Billy did well with making things smooth. I would recommend this storage location to anyone.
