For those of you considering the option of self storage in NJ, you would be well served to have Store Manager Anthony Amorin assisting you with your storage needs. I have known Mr. Amorin to be extremely professional, very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. He is an exemplary employee and Extra Space Storage should be grateful to have him as a valued member of their team. I have referred to Mr. Amorin as "The Prince of Storage" and said on numerous occasions that if I come back in a few years and he is not running the company then what a loss for self-storage-kind that would be. Mr. Amorin takes great pride in his work and keeps his facility in immaculate condition given the challenges he faces. It was a huge disappointment for me and for him when the CEO canceled at the last minute a long standing scheduled visit to his location. You dont get a second chance to make a first impression and in Anthonys case hell always have the chance to leave positive lasting impression. Anthony is always bringing his "A" game regardless of whether someone from corporate is checking up on him or not. Had they taken the time to learn and experience what I and others have learned, they would know what a special employee and person he really is. As for Extra Space Storage, Anthony is always welcome to come work for me if you ever feel his service and dedication to your company is unwanted or unappreciated. I am proud to call Anthony Amorin my friend and wish to him and his family that they always be treated the way he has treated me and his loyal customers. Dave M.

Ive had my storage unit for almost 4 years. I really have nothing of monetary value in there, mostly sentimental items of my parents who are now deceased. Ive paid thousands of dollars to store these items and have just not come to the point where Im ready to let go. I wanted to move to a slightly smaller unit, but wanted to be close to my other unit. I mentioned this to Melissa, and as soon as one close by opened up, she remembered and immediately called me about it. I was so impressed and thankful to her. And by the way, its right next door to the other unit! It was easy to move everything over. And until Im ready to part with family treasures, its much more affordable. Many thanks to incredible employees like site manager Melissa Rittler and Co-worker Justin Coward for going above and beyond to help out.

The least stressful part of the entire moving process was Extra Space. I had such a hassle packing, loading, and finding people to help me move. When I got to Extra Space I was politely greeted by the manager Anthony. I was expecting a huge hassle and for the process to be long & complicated. To my surprise it wasnt! He guided me through everything, and found the unit that suited my needs! They have boxes and locks...pretty much anything someone would need for storage! I was also pleased with Extra Spaces cleanliness. Clean hallways, practically dust free, and not a speck of trash anywhere! Im glad I chose Extra Space.

Rented a storage unit from extra space storage 103 Ark Rd., Mt. Laurel, NJ to prepare for a move to a new home. Personnel are very friendly, & helpful. Unit was very clean. Unit is only 2 miles from the home we will live in, so very convenient. Offer of 20% off Budget truck rental is also a big plus. We are extremely satisfied, & hope to rent another unit this coming week, if available. We chose well from co. available in the area!

Facility is clean and well managed. Available units are posted online, which gives you the ability to compare units and prices. Manager (Anthony) called within minutes of my filling out a reservation and I was able to make an appointment to come by at my convenience. I can now move forward with my preparations to update my home and put on the market now that I can de-clutter! Yay!

The first thing you notice is how clan the premises are. The staff is extremely friendly and took the time to explain policies, fees, and security. Jacob took the extra time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. Im comfortable knowing my stored belongings are safe and protected. I highly recommend this location.

Customer Service was outstanding ( Melissa) and the time she took to deal with what i wanted made the process easier. If this is want you need with in location or service, i highly recommend this place. The storage space was very clean and hours of operation great.

Rented 10x30 drive up access. Stored all our furniture from Dec 2012 to March 2013. No issues at all. Easy access in and out, no issues for movers. Easy process to open and close account, setup monthly autopay. Friendly and helpful onsite staff.

Found a reduces storage unit online and came in and talked with Justin. It was a very pleasant rental experience. There was some computer hiccups, but Justin stayed on it and was able to resolve it so I didnt have to come back. Thanks Justin

Not the greatest prices and they systematically raise them a couple of times per year like they want to discourage long term tenants.Trash is always full and very limited . But it seems clean and secure.
