Ive rented from UHaul many times . . . never has it been this bad. The person I talked to Craig was ignorant about the entire renting process. After booking online, he called and refused to refer me to another UHaul, then proceded to badger me. When asked his name he was reluctant to answer, so who knows if his name was even Craig; then when asking to talk to his manager her said he was the manager, which i seriously doubt. Overall, a horrible experience at this UHaul. I suggest the other UHaul in Clementon or one of the UHauls in Blackwood!

Has a great experience with truck rental and storage space. Got a clicker for the gate so I did not have to get out of my car! in the cold weather. Madeline? took great care of me through out my stay. Gave me free on-line account management which made paying easy while I am away on business. Will definetly use this location again next time.

I got a UBox shipped to this location. Even though working with corporate was a hassle, this specific location has treated me well. The employees are helpful and recommend the best options for whatever moving job you have. The only downside is getting in and out of the location; you have to wait for traffic on a busy main road to turn in.

Horrible. The robot manager "leslie" not programmable to care about customers and to take responsibility of her mistake. But if you want that a robot read you some policys of Uhaul this is the branch!! recommended!! I have been in many branches this one horrible customer SERVICE. But good trucks.

My original truck reservation was transfered to another location, without my knowledge. After seeing that I was bothered by the lack of communication with the company, Leslie quickly resolved the issue and got me into another truck, in no time. :)
