Leo installed a hot water heater, toilet and shower accessories. In addition, he raised a shower head and rerouted some PVC venting. In my 66 years, I have worked with many contractors, plumbers, electricians etc. etc. We built a house in Columbus, Ohio and, over the years 30 years we lived in that house, we had hundreds of contractors come and go for various jobs (small to big). Leo was, by far, the most professional, polite, prompt, accessible, efficient, friendly contractor that we have ever worked with. He fielded questions from both me and my wife with patience and gave full, meaningful responses. If I could give him more "stars", I would. Celtic Air is lucky to have him.

I have known the people at Celtic Air since May 2004. Their service is above and beyond the call of duty! You know the old saying for Cape May County, " May they come and may be they wouldnt". Celtic Air is not a Cape May be?! I had an emergency and they were there is less than 1 hour to solve my leaking water heater. They are not over priced and take pride in the work they have done for me. They service my Heater and A/C they put into my house twice a year. I recommend to every one I meet. After being told they dont do work on the Boardwalk, I asked why. Was told because of parking. I said I had free parking at my shop. Still told no. I asked for the owners name, and to be able to speak with him. She hung up on me!!! I have used Celtic at homes before, but NEVER ever again! I am a reputable business and value my business integrity. If I did business - or refused to do business like this - Id be out of business.

Called for emergency service and was told they would call us within the hour for a time frame. Received a call back over an hour later but they didnt leave a message.. called back and we were told we were too far from them? We are 12 miles from their office and located in the same county. Wasted 2 hours when we could have been finding someone else. As a business owner, I find this unacceptable!

Needed a Mitsubishi ductless mini split heating + air conditioning system installed. Celtic quoted an outrageous price of $5400. We had a different, reputable installer agree to do the same Mitsubishi ductless job for $3500 (including the electricians charge). Celtic will rob you without using a gun. Stay away!

Service was great! I called and within 1and1/2 hours they were out and fixed my air quickly! Tech was very nice and knowledgeable. He seemed to really have a lot of respect for the company he worked for. I will definitely use again and also recommend very highly! Just cant beat the service of this company!

As an owner of a service company I found them very overpriced and lacking in customer service. They charged me $576.00 to add Freon and did not find a leak. Another contractor found the leak in 10 minutes and repaired it. I contacted them by email and their response was very un professional.

Celtic Air charged us $192 to replace a toilet handle in my moms house. This is a 5 minute job for a plumber and the part cost about $10.00
