After a few nightmarish experiences with a variety of contractors we have FINALLY found the very best craftsman in the trade! Jack Edmondson is just a rare find in this day and after a total demo and installation of a full bathroom (gutted to the studs and redone from pipes & electric to fixtures & tiling) as well as the conversion of a coat closet into a powder room, I will never entrust my home to any contractor other than Jack. Not only did he think of every small detail he also is there for every inch of the job. Between Jack and Miles we had the experts handling every facet of the project without any of the important pieces being outsourced to some unknown. The peace of mind that my family has, knowing that Jack approached our projects in the same way he would his own home, is simply priceless. Rest assured, you will not find a better person, company or service than Jack Edmondson, Inc.

Jack Edmondson Plumbing was a great company to work with! I called for a free estimate for a problem with sewage in my basement, and he came out the same day. He took the time to explain the problem, my options for repair, estimated time frame and follow up. I felt comfortable that he was honest and upfront about my repair charges. The actual work was done just 4 days later, and the repair men were timely, efficient, and solved the problem right away. The job was big and my concern was high, but I was constantly reassured that they had done this type of work before and could handle everything easily. My plumbing problem has been resolved and they have earned a spot as my go-to plumbing company- highly recommended!

i do concur with the previous review from "A Google User." top-notch on-site work with caring and attentive service from the office. our oil-to-gas heating conversion was handled expertly and with respect for all of our questions and concerns. none of the pandering or condescension that i have endured in dealing with some contractors. and while we only solicited one other bid on the job for a high-efficiency heater installation, jack came in 40% lower (and with much more experience in the field). i couldnt recommend this family-run operation any more highly.

These guys did a complete re-pipe on my old row home. They did an excellent job and were honest and fair on pricing. I got three bids in and they didnt come in the lowest but the honesty and the promptness and professionalism that they displayed was enough for me to give them the bid. So thank you Jack Edmondson you did a great job anybody I know whos buying an old home I recommend you.

JE is trying really hard to be accommodating even though they are suffering from growing pains and a tight time schedule that has them overwhelmed.. I appreciate their honesty and help. Jack and his team are the only plumbers in Fishtown that I trust.
