Great service! I am out of town and we had an issue at a rent house. Calling around, I wasnt able to reach anyone on the first call and didnt even leave a message. Ken from Atlas called back anyway to see if we needed help still. He wasnt able to get out to us right away due to other jobs running, but he called my tenant, diagnosed the issue, and then walked them through a relatively easy solution. Because they went out of their way when they didnt have to and they offerd up solutions even though it could be costing them a service charge, I will be giving them all my business from here on out. I really appreciate it Ken!

Kenny and Kevin came over this morning and saved us from another day without ac. They found the problem straight away. Had it fixed in a very short time and charged us way less than I thought it would be. He could have sold me a bunch of parts I didnt need, but just charged us a basic labor charge. No parts needed. Id have been happy to over pay, but he gave me an honest charge.

Atlas responded quickly to our emergency. They are father/son owned. Clean knowledgeable and they really can do all4 trades. Will always call them from now on
