Took a few times.. but they finally got it right. We called in for a sewer back up... Tech #1 was very kind and helped us schedule a solution for first thing in the morning. All was well and fine. Our problem of the sink backing up was still occurring and No one in the main office could tell us if we were inspected or not. After a few calls they sent tech #2 out... He was also nice.. but not knowledgeable. We still had the exact same issue after he left. He assured us our location was inspected because they filled the hole back in with dirt. We filled the hole with concrete per Tech #2s confirmation only to find out that wasnt the case.. Our pipe was a little too low to be flush with the concrete - so out concrete guy got creative. Fine.. Well have to live with that. We called again because we were still having a back up in the downstairs sink. They sent out the nicest technician ever.. If you can make a request... Ask for Ken. He went though the entire issue.. apologized multiple times.. got our inspection situation sorted out for us (our township didnt inspect it with Tech #2 said he did.. but the inspector signed off on it anyway and said he inspected it AFTER we poured the concrete..). It took a few phone calls - but it was completely taken care of - and after Kens thoroughness I am confident its completely handled. Ken genuinely smoothed the entire issue and fiasco over for us. (He also didnt mind my kids being nosey.. and gave them little ways to help so they felt important... very kind) On a side note - We did call around for additional plumbing estimates... And whereas I thought Roto-rooters quote was high initially- it turns out they were pretty low (surprised me).

On July 25, 2015, we called Roto-Rooter first thing Saturday morning after discovering our dishwasher was leaking and the water had gone under our laminate flooring. Based on our positive experience with Service Technician Robin Jones, we would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to our family and friends. Robin quickly identified the leak; unfortunately, since it was coming from inside the dishwasher, he couldnt repair it, as Roto-Rooter does not offer appliance repair services. However, he recommended that we contact Roto-Rooters water restoration team to come out to assess the damage to our floor. Robin explained that they would use infrared technology to see how far the water had spread and also contact our insurance company for us if we decided to make a claim. We took his advice---the restoration team service tech came out within two hours and an insurance adjuster will be calling us on Monday. We didnt even know Roto-Rooter offered this restoration service so we were very appreciative that Robin took the time to explain it to us. By providing us with this information, he definitely relieved some of our stress over this issue! Unrelated to the dishwasher issue, we also had a new faucet that we wanted installed so Robin quickly and efficiently installed it for us too.

Tech Frank Rivera #3286 My wife and I moved into our first house together and had a plumbing backup about a month into our move. We called Rotorooter and they came out immediately. I am a firefighter and work 24 hour shifts so I was unable to be there but my wife and father-in-law were. Frank came and checked out our line and determined we had a broken sewer main pipe. My wife and father-in-law said Frank was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a good job trying to help my wife who was upset about the news. On the day of the sewer main replacement, the installers had the wrong information on the installation and I immediately called Frank. I was assured by him that he would take care of this and within 10 seconds of me hanging up with him, I heard the installers phone ringing and it was Frank. The miscommunication was taken care of and the proper installation continued. Later on in the day, Frank stopped by to check on the install and I got to meet him. I thought this was a kind gesture. The installation went well and the job was completed. Overall, my experience was an expensive and unexpected one but they have good employees like Frank that make the hardship more pleasant.

We recently had a sewer back up problem in our home. From the moment I called Roto Rooter we received excellent service. A young man name Ken came to try and clear the lines and could not so he recommended Rich who came right out the next morning used a camera and found the problem. He put in a call to get it fixed and about a day later the problem area was fixed. The first two guys also recommended calling John the Remediation specialist who came and shwed us the remaining damage from the back up and gave his recommendation, which was to get a team in there to get out all the bad stuff. This also happened very quickly and without too much stress to us. Now we are clean, dry and sewage smell free. The team that dug up the line and replaced the trap also worked quickly and completely even though the weather was bad. Later Luis called me and said that he had a team coming to fill in the hole and make my yard nice. Roto Rooter did an excellent job in all the areas. Each team treated us with respect, gave very good advice and even went out of their way to make the job was done. Thank you so much for rescuing us!! I will be using them again if needed.

I have called Roto-Rooter twice in the last year. Both times Rich came out to my house promptly and both times he effectively diagnosed the problem. The first time was for a toilet that had clogged deep in the sewer line under the house. He did a great job wuickly clearing the clog, then used the vide inspection camera to verfity the pipe was free of clogs and in good condition. He explained that the pipe had a couple different angles and that we needed to be very careful about what goes doen the toilet. He also replace the broken flange of the toilet for just the cost of the matierials, while he had the toilet off! pervious guy wanted to charge me a couple hundered more dollars... Second time I called was for a kitchen sink clog. We ended up needing 30 ft. of old galvanized drain pipe replaced with new pvc. This work was done on a sunday morning within just a couple hours. Very efficient with minimal disruption to the day. Very pleases with Rich J and Jeff P. I will definently call again if needed, but I hope I do not need to call them again. Too many plumbining issues with our recent purchase....

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/19/11 If you have any plumbing issues, give Roto Rooter a call. They give a free estimate, and can do the work immediately! More reliable than your local plumber! In this economy, I thought going with my local plumber would be quicker and economical. WRONG! First I could not get a live person to speak to, and it took hours to get a response to my call. Second, he wanted to argue with me about the type of pipe I was dealing with. Finally, he wanted to do all kinds of unnecessary repairs and charge me $150-$550 more than what I paid with Roto Rooter. When I called Roto Rooter, I was able to speak with a very pleasant customer service rep. They had immediate appointment times, which was extremely important since my emergency was that I had a sizable hole in the water main from my well which is inside my house. The tech was out within the appointed time, and pleasant as well. He worked quickly and had my plumbing fixed an water restored to my home.
