Worse company ever, how would you want business to grow if they never call you or return calls. First time we called Laury, we set an appointment and they never showed up or bothered to apologize or hear their excuses atleast. I called again, and set up a second appointment and they was not aware that Dave Laury did this * i guess it the sons owner* and didnt bother to apologize either. I let it go by since everyone deserves chances, i rather give an opportunity to a local guy instead of miles away company just to help our own community. They finally came into my property 1 week later and measured. This was for a Duplex 2 family home. I wanted 2 units of each stuff just to separate everything. Basically 2 heaters, 2 AC units and 2 water gas heaters and plumbing. They have measured and told me in the next 3 business days they will call me and get me an estimate. It Took them a week and thats because i called, i missed the call and called them back the next day and no response to my Voice mails, i called again and i left a notice to the front desk lady. Because she said he was on the phone. This was at 11am. And she said she will print out the quote and contact info and put it on his desk so he can call me once he was done. The day was gone and still no answer or response or calls. Worst company ever! And this was a Cash deal no financing or credit car deal. What a shame to lose a sale of approximately $15,000 range. I will no longer seek or recommend Laury heating to anyone. Including all my investment properties. Ill make sure i will tell kelly Construction also how bad the company is. Doesnt let me rate 0 oh well.

I used Laury Heating to replace a water heater with a new tankless to address some space issues in my house. The sales person came over and, unlike the three other estimates I received, fully explained what was going to happen, when, and how (the others were very vague and came off as unsure). Laury Heating took care of all of the needed paperwork, until I finally received a call from the gas company that everything was all set. Installation day came and the installers (Jose and Chris, I believe were their names) showed up exactly on time. The install took roughly 4.5 - 5 hours in total and when they left, I had a working heater exactly as expected. There were some very minor things that I wasnt thrilled about at the end, but they were quickly resolved with two surprises I was thoroughly impressed with. First, I received a phone call and a physical visit about 2 days after the install just to make sure that everything was working as expected. I briefly detailed the concerns I had and they were made right immediately -- no questions asked. Second, I had an issue where the heater would shut off and I explained the problem via email after hours. I was shocked to get an almost immediate reply which confirmed the problem and the fix. The installation looks great and Im very happy in my dealings with Laury Heating. Everyone that I had to interact with has been professional, responsive, and timely. Highly recommended.

Laury Heating Cooling & Plumbing replaced our homes 2 heating and cooling systems, as well as our water heating system. The project was laid-out with guidance by David Laury, and Jack and Steve did the comprehensive work in our home. Removal of the previous equipment and installation of the new equipment went very well. Even the smaller details received expert attention. Jack and Steve each showed as much care for our home, as if it were theirs. The finished project reflects the careful design and workmanship that distinguish Laury. I really appreciated the courtesy, patience and knowledge that the companys personnel demonstrated. A lot of questions were asked; and, a lot of interesting information was provided by their responses. We anticipate further working with Laury in the near future, with respect to additional energy conservation initiatives. Our home is much more comfortable now, and we have a great amount of respect for the personnel and work of Laury Heating Cooling & Plumbing. We are glad to recommend them to others, confident that they, too, will be greatly satisfied by the professional work.

This was the first time using Laurys and I was immediately impressed with Ted Laury. He came out quickly for the estimate and always returned my calls or emails within a day or two. Laurys offered us a state program which made us eligible for rebates and special financing. Laurys completed all the necessary paperwork for the program and we had 2 Carrier Air Conditioners and Furnaces installed. Our installers name was Steve and he was always professional and if there was an issue he was quick to fix it. Unfortunately he did have to come back several times for some issues. My only negative comment would be in regards to Steves crew of helpers. These guys didnt appear to know what they were doing. I often think most of the issues we had were due to carelessness on the part of these helpers. I would recommend that the foreman on the job needs to inspect all the work done on the job that day before leaving. If that had been done the job would have gone more smoothly and quickly. I would recommend Laurys and am pleased we decided to go with them.

We had our heating and air-conditioning system replaced by this company. I am sure you have seen the signs on your neighbors lawns advertising their $5,000 rebate offer. They have a deal with some state agency apparently where they are the only contractor licensed to offer this rebate. Anyhow, apparently all they care about is turning and burning as many of these rebate deals as they can. They put an undersized system in our home that on a moderately hot day will NOT get our home below 75 degrees in the summer despite running 24 hours a day. We have similar issues in the winter. We were told the system that was installed was correctly sized for the home. I have called, I have emailed several times. I was told by one of the owners several times "we are very busy, we can give you an appointment in a month". They did send out a guy once, he adjusted the vents, then left.... really? Please be wary when doing business with this company.

I am a long-time customer of Laury Heating. My family has been very pleased with our latest upgrade.... We got a whole new system for 0% down and 0% financing, including a Carrier high-efficiency gas heater, air conditioner/heat pump, Mitsubishi mini-split ac/heat pump, on-demand water heater, WiFi thermostat, AND we got our attic air-sealed and insulated. We did have a problem with the t-stat at one point, but the Laury techs came out same day, ordered a replacement, and installed it the very next day. The installation & service crews have been awesome! And I can not say enough about what a pleasure it was working with David Laury. He was friendly, reliable, and thorough. He offered us some great options as far as rebates and financing. We received: $5000 (rebate from NJs Clean Energy Program), $2650 (various other rebates), and $500 (tax credit). Much thanks, Laury Heating!!!!!!!!!

While away on vacation, the motor to our 30 year old HVAC condenser burned up. When we contacted our current heating and air service, they kept us waiting for days before they would even look into the problem. Once they came, they told us we would need a new unit and they would get back to us. They never did. With no luck with that company, we decided to contact Laury Services, since we were in another heat wave and had no A/C. Mr. Laury came out to home immediately after we called, and explained that he could have the new unit installed in two days! His crew was very professional and did outstanding work! My wife and I , both, are so very thankful for Laury Services. They even called a few days later to check that all was well and that we were happy with the service! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs heating or a/c work performed.
