Terrible, do not work with these plumbers. They will schedule with you and then call you an hour after the appointment starts and tell you they are not coming. They did this to me multiple times. They started a job in my bathroom and never finished. I had to have someone else come in. Also they expect half the money up front. Never go with a plumber who wants money up front. Lesson learned.
