What a rare treat: a fully honest and forthcoming plumbing & heating contractor who actually managed to convince me that spending on a new high-efficiency hydronic boiler (to replace an inoperable 35+ yr. old Weil-McLain) would be a waste. Their tech arrived promptly and, rather than up-sell us (as other contractors had), he quietly replaced a few parts to service and repair the existing unit. He had the system back up and running perfectly after a mere .5 hr. Nice, pleasant and informative experience that saved us thousands, so we are immensely pleased with the quality of service from Thompson Plumbing and Heating.

Mr. Thompson is a wonder person. I could tell the second he answered the phone. I contacted him to have a repair done due to a leaky shower. Mr. Thompson told me exactly how to analytically trace the source of the problem. In addition, he told me that his guys would do exactly what I was doing and would charge up $150 an hour to do it. I am very grateful for his advice and fortunate that I decided to give him a call. He seems like a genuinely honest business man and I will be contacting him in the future for all my future Plumbing needs.

Mr. Thompson rushed over to my home after 6 PM (they close at 4:30 PM) to take care of my plumbing problem. He explained everything to me, what I had to do from here on in. His service is nothing short of amazing and I appreciate the tips and explanations he gave me without the condescension that I often receive because I am an older woman alone in a house. and he did not fleece me in an emergency situation as he could have. If you have plumbing and heating needs, call Mr. Thompson. You will be glad you did.

Came home Sunday night to find our hot water heater on the fritz, left a message with them at 11:30pm that night and they were here at 8am on Monday. By 10am we were up and running with a new heater. Good stuff.
