Just Awful. Vince contracted to replace my sewer line, for more than $3500. This was a major expense that had to be completed. I understood why my lawn needed to be excavated to remove the broken terracotta pipe; HOWEVER, 3 years later when the same problem recurred, the next plumber who charged another $4000 uncovered the earth to find that Vince did NOT replace the sewer line "to the fence" as contracted. Of course, the evidence was buried so I did not realize until the next, more professional plumber showed me (video and photos). Vince refuses to acknowledge that he concealed his fraud, and he wont even come to the house to see the "fence" area about which I am upset. He actually asked me why I didnt call him when I had a problem and I have to say, I would NEVER have Vince back to the house. He was sloppy and inconsiderate and a liar and a cheat.

I was extremely shocked to see the negative reviews because I have now used Vince on three separate occasions and have been impressed each and every time. He calls when promised, shows up on time and is extremely considerate. Just today he called me about a sprinkler repair I needed for my rental property. Once he saw the job, he realized I needed a certified sprinkler company to refill the system. Without this, he wouldnt be able to ensure his repair worked. Instead of just doing the repair and saying, "Call me if you have any problems." He actually took the time to track down a sprinkler company for me--which saved me a huge headache. It is safe to say that I would highly recommend Vince based on my dealings with him. And as you can see from my profile, Im a real person and this review is 100% authentic!

I telephoned Vince on a Thursday about replacing a faucet in our bathroom. I explained that it wasnt an emergency. I got a call back on Thursday evening from Vince saying that he would be here Friday after 2:30pm. Unfortunately, it is Saturday morning around 11:05 am, and Vince is MIA. In fact, no one called to say that he could not make it. I think it is common courtesy to let someone know when you are not going to be able to make it. I am glad for Vince that he has so much business in this failing economy that he feels that this is a proper way to run his company. So much for customer service.

Seemed nice and cleaned the shower drain out for 125. Next day it was not draining properly again. Vince messantonio himself said hed call the next day to come look at it again. Didnt call I called again and said I had some other things I would hire him for but I needed the shower fixed first again he said hed call Friday because I said I was free All day .Again did not call. So I payed 125 on a problem that was not fixed and spent hours at home with crazy toddlers waiting for a call that was promised and never came.

Vince service was great. I called him and he came to my house the next day. He came and replaced a leaking valve in approximately 20 minutes. I recommend him.
