Normally I do not bother reviewing businesses, but Derrick was so exceptional it would be unfair to not express my satisfaction in this case. Two days after initially contacting another plumber and his discontinuing communication and calls to several others that did not lead to a response Precision responded to my message and Derrick arrived within an hour on a rainy night. He was extremely professional and quickly assessed and corrected the problem with my sink/pipes, doing everything within his power to minimize the mess in the process. I would recommend Derrick wholeheartedly without any hesitation, and he will be my first call next time I find myself in need of a plumber.

Im going to preface this review by saying that I dont normally give 5 stars. That being said I was very impressed with this company. I have used them twice both for emergencies. The plumber showed up within a few hours and fixed the problem efficiently. There were no surprises and the repairs done fit my requirements perfectly (in the latest case there was a small access panel that was tough to work through). I have recommended this company to my neighbors when they need a plumber. Perfectly professional and prompt. The people who I talked to on the phone and the technicians themselves were polite and friendly and there was no hidden pricing. Very happy.

Derrick fixed our furnace quickly and efficiently. Derrick arrived within the service window and phoned 30 minutes prior to his arrival, which was very helpful. Once he arrived, he walked us through all the possible issues and made sure we were comfortable with the potential cost before doing anything. The work was completed seamlessly and Im happy to say the house is now toasty warm again! Derrick was friendly and personable. Due to the extremely cold weather, a pipe burst . I called Precision Plus and was able to get an appointment in the morning of the next day. The installation was completed and my home heating system was checked. My emergency was resolved in no time, and I was surprised how fast this was since it was in the middle of a cold winter, where there must have been many similar occurrances of this type.

I am new to the area and usually very anxious about finding new service providers online, but I have to say, I was very impressed with the entire experience with Precision Plus Plumbing. The service was impeccable and the technician, Derrick, was knowledgeable, efficient, and very respectful of my time and my home. Overall I would say that this was a 5 star experience!

I rent an apartment and a drain in our building burst around 11pm last night. I called Precision and one other plumbing company - the other company told me it would take up to 4 hours for them to get here, Precision said theyd be here within the hour and they were. Derrick was so helpful and honest and even drew me a picture of what happened. I highly recommend them!

This company does a great job of handling any plumbing issues and emergencies. They are able to locate the problem efficiently and they know exactly what needs to be done to fix it. They dont have to come out a second or third time because the problem is still not resolved. Prices are fair and I have recommended this company to friends in the area.

Excellent company!!! I recommend them to everyone. The plumber was very intelligent and definitely came prepared. He had everything he needed in his truck to fix my leaking toilet. The estimate was upfront, honest and fair. I will definitely call this company again for all my plumbing needs.

They were courteous and on time but they price gouge in times of emergency or inconvenience. I guess this is their business model. They requested $419 to unclog my toilet!! Thats way excessive in my opinion. I paid $89 charge for them just to look at the job and said goodbye.

I called to obtain an estimate to replace a drain in the garage and they want to charge $49.00 just to come and see. How can you charge without even knowing what is the job? What about if the client doesnt like the price you are providing? Wrong way of doing business.

Very fast. After looking at the invoice, I wished they spent more time here. Like the fact that they give 5 year warranties on work, instead of standard 1 year. Toto toilet was installed, never even heard of it. The tech was bragging on the seat, now I can see why.
