I used FRP for installation of a new tank-less water heater. Someone came out to spec the job and was very patient answering all my questions and offered lots of information. I got two other bids on the job and FRP had the best price and used one of the better heater brands (Navien). Scheduling of permit inspections and other administrative tasks were handled quickly and efficiently by Ana at the office. Communication was great throughout. The techs were very professional and took time to answer questions. The work was completed in a timely manner and went off without a hitch. I requested a slight alteration of the vent line and it was handled quickly without issue. My new water heater works great; very efficient and endless hot water! I highly recommend FRP.

They were able to fix my broken pipe problem. Anna, their representative was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The only problem is it took them 2 days to complete it, so I was charged 2 days of work. Luckily, insurance paid for it. But if Ive known it would be that expensive, I wouldve thought twice before I said yes to them.
