So upset right now... I love writing great reviews for small businesses but unfortunately this company gets the lowest of the low because in my opinion thats what is deserved. I called because I had a clogged drain and needed to get it fixed. I made an appointment and asked the cost. They said they had to see it. Then when they came and unclogged it, I asked how much and the gentlemen said they did not know and would send an invoice. Well... I just got the invoice and am not happy. $270 to do a job that took them 10 minutes. I understand there is a flat rate for these things but if it was that much I would have gone to Horizon quoted me at $170. The reason I went with this company is because I like to support small and local business.. Well I guess not any more... I even called to just let the manager know that I was going to pay the bill but was upset and how I felt deceived and he just said he would note it on the ticket... He even said it is a flat rate ($270). So.. he should have been able to tell me that when I first called..
