Ive had 2 different sewer pipe leaks in my basement in the past month. Both resulted in flooding emergencies. The first one happened over July 4th holiday weekend. I called the 800 number for Roto-Rooters Colmar location and they had a plumber out in less than an hour. That plumber, Tony, assessed the situation, and when he saw the extent of the job, he even called another plumber to help him. Tony and the other plumber, Oscar, worked carefully and efficiently for over 6 hours until the job was complete. They had all the materials they needed to replace what turned out to be over 12 feet of cast iron piping. They offered me a reasonable price (with no extra charges for the emergency/holiday call) and all-around excellent service. When a second leak occurred barely 3 weeks later, I called Roto-Rooter immediately. They promptly sent out Oscar again, who once again, gave me a very good price and high quality service. I cant say enough great things about the company and these two plumbers!

after having an unusual experience with another plumber (and declining their exorbitant estimate to redo the plumbing in order to unclog a pipe!), we called Roto-Rooter. They said they could come out the same day to fix the clogged kitchen drain pipe. After an hour, I received a call saying the technician wasnt finished at the job where he was but that they would keep us informed of the timing. Another hour went by and we received a call that the technician was on his way. He arrived and immediately set about unclogging the pipe. He was courteous, friendly and didnt mind explaining to my husband what he was doing. Steve was very knowledgeable and efficient and we are extremely satisfied with a job well done.

I was scheduled to have the Roto-rooter technician come to my house for a clogged drain between 11 and 1 on 8/14/12. Jeremy appeared about 2:30. I was almost on the verge of simply voiding the whole service. It is interesting because Jeremy told me his shift began at 2 PM and he had to come from Perkiomenville. So why was I scheduled between 11 and 1. Very annoying!! I think we solved the problem although I thought the price was high. Jeremy was polite and easy to deal with. Other than the high price and long wait, it was OK

I called with a plumbing emergency and was reassured that someone would arrive that same morning. Also, the office gave me several updates to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. (He arrived promptly!) The technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get to the root of the problem quickly and had the tools handy to fix it. He also cleaned up afterwards. I am very happy that the problem was resolved so quickly!

All I can say is wow! After several days of disappointment from local plumbers I was more than pleasantly surprised by Roto-Rooter. With a single call to their Colmar location I had prompt response at my door in 30 minutes by their master plumber providing a fast professional service. Ive used their service in the past and will definitely use them in the future.

We had a sewer main back up late on a Saturday evening. We received prompt service after our phone call (completed within 2 hours from the time of our call) and the free following camera inspection detected a sewer line problem that could have caused major damage to our foundation. Couldnt be happier with the service provided.
